I went in to switch carriers to get the iPhone 7 for $50, but the girl there said I had to pay full price for the phone right now ($350), and that 6 months later I'll be reimbursed, but the guy I spoke with yesterday from the same store had already told me I could get the phone for $50 as long as my carrier unlocked/released my phone.I ended up going to the Reedley Metro and they sold me the phone for the $50 (plus other fees) without mentioning any of the pay full price thing.

This review is a reflection of Metro PCS Authorized Dealer Store located at 903 St#6, E El Camino. The owner of this store has poor customer service and is unethical. I bought a new phone and he said once the phone is uploaded, my contact information will be transferred. I told him I have contact information on my s card, he said "all" will be transferred and that he synced the phones. When it didn't, I came back to the store and told him the problem, no customer was in the store, but he asked me to wait for him to repair several phones. I waited for a long time, he finally completed his work and came to assist me. This time he wanted to charge me $10 to transfer the contacts information. This is not the first time I have to transfer contacts information from s card, and I never had to pay. On top of this, he told me he did the synced when I purchased the phone. And if he was going to charge me $10, he should have told me when he asked me to wait. When I confronted him, he told me to come back the following day and he will sync the phones at no charge. What kind of customer service is this? I contacted Metro PCS and Metro PCS is going to handle this. I don't know if they will, but if you do business here, make sure you get everything promised before you pay. He is not getting any more business from my family!
