On 9/6 I made an appointment to get my second COVID-19 booster and a flu shot. I went through all the steps online for me to check if I was eligible for the booster and I was. On 9/7 I arrived and gave Jose my information and told him what I was there for. He looked at my vaccine information on my phone and saw three doses and told me that I did not need another booster, which was odd to me since someone I know had the same amount of shots as me and got their booster the same day as my appointment. I told him this and he started to shake his head no and said that did not make sense. He asked his pharmacist about the situation who then told him that was not how it worked and that I was completely eligible to get my shot that day. Obviously, the first and second dose do not count as two other boosters, anyone with the least amount of knowledge about these boosters should know that, let alone someone who works in a pharmacy and deals with this every day. He continued to mumble under his breath about how this did not make sense saying "I guess that's how it works" multiple times, even after being told by the pharmacist that everything was fine. At this point I let Jose know I would be making my appointment somewhere else and that he made me extremely uncomfortable. I spoke to a manager about Jose's behavior, who apologized profusely and I went about my day. I want to make the point that no one else in the store made me feel uncomfortable but Jose in the pharmacy.I don't know if Jose's personal feelings about the vaccine played a part in how he acted that day but I would hope that someone who is in the healthcare industry would not act in such a way. Furthermore, I would feel horrible if this is how he is treating the other members of his community when coming in to get this or any other vaccine provided by Walgreens. He is not there to provided advice or be the gatekeeper to someone who wants or needs a vaccine. I personally have asthma, and have taken this virus very seriously because of that. For him to keep me from getting something that is important to my health is infuriating to say the least. Hopefully no one else will ever have the same experience that I did today.

The worst pharmacy ever. I got Covid PCR test here on Monday and they said result would come back within 48 hrs. On Wednesday, I called and they said normally the result would come back from 2-5 days.?!!!! So stupid. Most of people got Covid they recover after 5 days. What is the point to know the result by that time? On their website and their employees all had said 48hrs, then now it is 2-5 days. Very dishonest and misleading. Now, I have to tell my employee that my result might come back in 5 days, when I could text anywhere else and get result much sooner. I would never come back to this place.

Garbage a** place they f****** take 15 minutes to open a f****** locked up product that they shoupd just have it available without having d*** lazy workers all walking around and not one can f****** help. F*** this place.
