I'm Diabetic and use a hi dosage of injectable insulin . The cost of of a packet of syringes is outrageous at my pharmacy. my insurance picks up some of it but my deductible is still very expensive so to off set the price I buy them from Walmart pharmacy. Which have a good price for out of pocket. So I take the long walk to dinuba CA from Reedley CA. To buy them, I don't have a vehicle and I'm currently disabled and homeless. Sometimes I'm not dressed neatly or my hair ain't combed but I do my best under the circumstances. I buy all my camping gear and canned food from The dinuba walmart. I get greeted with a smile and welcomed. Then I get to the pharmacy. Where the ten foot policy is not in any way practiced or in any way obeyed. I get treated like well a homeless junkie, which I'm not a junkie just homeless i vet. the Third degree is dished out everytime. I get the smirks and the not you again look. Recently ive made at least 5-6 different trips and evertime im yold they are out or there on backorder one time i was told they will be here on todays truck come bk afrer 3pm so i waited just to be told they didn't come in . Try back another day i could see them laughing and whispering to each other in one ocasion i sent someone else first to buy them and then told them nevermind and came to tell me and confirm they had them i went a few minutes later and was told they where out. Which led me to this review. I feel like im being judged profilled discriminated against and they are very bias. Now i walk to sanger ca which is farther away but im treated fairely and with a smile.

They are very unprofessional and jumped to conclusions during my visit . Also very unprofessional when it comes to touchy subjects. Honestly find a better pharmacy .

This pharmacy is great! All of the 1 star reviews are years old so I'm sure things have changed. I started using this pharmacy about 6 months ago and have had nothing but great service from the Pharmacist and the Pharmacy Techs. They do everything they can to get me the lowest price and are always friendly and helpful. I drive out of my way to use this pharmacy even though there is a CVS and RiteAid closer.

An employee that works there in the pharmacy called VANESSA is so disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m always nice to the employees but she was soooo rude.

The pharmacy technician tried to grab my foot when he was walking back to the pharmacy he was being weird and he was saying he had a foot fetish and he said apparently liked how mine looked and he asked me if he could take a picture of it I said no he even offered to pay me 50 dollars but I am married so I declined. Not very professional especially at his own work place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I understand that working in a pharmacy is stressful, but that doesn't excuse the experience I had today. I called and asked a question, and the woman on the phone could not contain her frustration. She asked me for my name and couldn't be bothered when she realized it was "too long" and she "didn't need all that". Proceeds to tell me what she can't do, without asking what I needed. As much as she wanted to get off the phone with me, I wanted to get off the phone with her even more.

When my daughter have pneumonia at only 2 months old they took a week just to get her medication, I called them multiple times and they told me that they would be done with it by the end of the day for almost a week. After a week of still not getting her meds I had called the hospital that sent the meds and told them if they could send it to Walgreens instead, it was done in 15 mins. Don't waste your time here if you have the option to go somewhere else do it!

People in the pharmacy do not know what they are doing. I can understand that they must follow protocol in order to verify the authenticity of a controlled substance prescription (norco, oxycodone), but they are denying the prescription without notifying the physician or prescribing provider. Patients who legitimately require these medications are going home in pain. Whenever a provider calls the pharmacist and inquires about the reason for not filling the prescription they ask if imaging tests, physical therapy, other less aggressive medications have been prescribed. Even after answering all of their questions the pharmacist says that she will place a temporary note on the patient's chart to be able to receive his/her medication "this time". This means that every time a patient tries to fill a legitimate prescription (not early and not a new medication), depending on which pharmacist is working at that time, the patient will or will not receive their medication. The CURES list (from regulating entities) which is available to medical providers and pharmacists already has detailed information about patients and their refill habits. If there's anything that does not seem in order, it notifies the prescriber and pharmacy. This list and, in some cases, direct and prompt communication between the doctor and pharmacist should suffice and not having pharmacists denying prescriptions. Walmart in Dinuba has very poor practice. Patients will be referred elsewhere.
