“My mother rented a unit from this facility and they were awesome! The unit was huge and reasonably priced, especially for the area. My mother came on hard times and could not continue the rental, when she fell behind the manager here was very accommodating and understanding. We asked a lot of questions and she was so helpful. It makes quite the difference when you can speak to someone local instead of a large corporation of endless answering machines. I would definitely recommend this facility for their pricing and humanity.”

I had an excellent experience today resolving a billing issue, thanks to Nicole. Even though she’s new, she was incredibly calm, patient, and genuinely eager to help. She took the time to thoroughly look into the problem, made the necessary correction in the system, and even apologized on behalf of the company (despite it not being her fault at all). Her professionalism and accountability were truly refreshing.
She also kindly connected me with the district manager, Jeff, who listened to my concerns and helped bring everything to a smooth resolution.

“We had our RV at Diablo Mini Storage for 6 yrs. We never had any issues with the storage. One time our vent was opened when it was windy and rain was on the way. Diablo Storage called to inform us so we were able to close it before it rained. Their attention to detail while patrolling was evident. Diablo’s friendly staff made it easy to process payments. “Fast and easy setup cheap for "low-income" individuals as low as under 100$ for a spot for a car to a small trailer up to and over 100$ for anything bigger than that. Facility has almost 24 access with coded entry. One entry/exit gate with coded entry. Office located on site of property location. Partial security with: cameras at location on property and Security Cows that roam the pasture/lot; witch it's grassed yard/lot, is huge and has many spots available all year around lots of space very open facility. Owner of the facility is nice and cordgile. Facility has : Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Standard Rates in addition to first time deposite of (I'm pretty sure) +100$; over or under, depending on what you want stored and it's size. Great place to store if you're in a crunch for time , and you can pretty much get ahold of the owner at any time unless said otherwise.”
