“My mother rented a unit from this facility and they were awesome! The unit was huge and reasonably priced, especially for the area. My mother came on hard times and could not continue the rental, when she fell behind the manager here was very accommodating and understanding. We asked a lot of questions and she was so helpful. It makes quite the difference when you can speak to someone local instead of a large corporation of endless answering machines. I would definitely recommend this facility for their pricing and humanity.”

“honestly this place is pretty great for storage. The facility is clean and I felt safe bringing my stuff here which was my main worry. Only thing is the office hours could be a bit longer on weekends, its a pain if you need to get in early Saturday morning.”
“Candi was absolutely wonderful and kind. We have been keeping our boat trailer at their facility for years without incident and everything is always as we left it. We needed someplace to drop our fifth wheel for a week wow we held an event on our side yard and Candi Generously offered to house it at no charge. we highly recommend storing here.”

“I dont usually post reviews Ever but I am today....I came into this place yesterday to inquire about getting a storage unit. When I came in I was greeted by their new office manager Erika. ERIKA is the reason ive decided to leave my first review ever. Erika is the most helpful kindhearted person I have ever came across while trying to rent a storage unit. Although while I didnt end up renting a unit here due to personal reasons I will say I would recommend anyone and everyone to rent from here. The place is very very clean the office staff are very kind and informative and the security system they have here seems up to par for sure. So if your looking for a storage unit to rent come here and talk with Erika you won't be disappointed”

“Had a really great experience here when i transferred from a horrible experience with another local storage facility. They made me feel welcome and made it super easy for me to transfer. Staff were very nice and accommodating. I should of chosen this chosen this place in the first place and saved a-lot of headache! The ONLY thing i didn’t like was that the units are very warm during summer heat. Still HIGHLY recommended!

“I’ve been with TownCentre Self Storage for over a year. My experience here has been good and I would recommend this place.
I haven't had good experience with previous storage facilities and I came into this place skeptical. But TownCentre Self Storage has been one of my better experiences.
I started off with a 5x5' storage unit. Quickly outgrew it. I upgraded sizes several time without any issues.
One thing I really hate what storage facilities do is the constant price increases. With TownCentre, after the promo period ended, my storage rent stayed the same for the entire time I was there.
I always felt my stuff was safe here and I’ve never seen any signs of broken locks or damages on the doors. The buildings isn’t as modern as some other places but I always see maintenance staff going around cleaning and maintaining the facility.
My unit was on the 2nd floor. There’s a lift and you can use one of their carts to bring stuff up. People aren't allowed on the lift. In the summer, it gets really hot inside the building. All of my stuff were fine it just I wasn’t able to spend the time to organize the unit since it was too hot.
I eventually moved away from the area and had to move out of the unit. Cancelling was easy. I just went to the front desk, told them I will be moving out by the end of the month. They turned off auto pay right there in front of me. All I had to do with tell them when I was out of the unit. Easy process.
Overall, good experience here. I would rent from them again and would recommend them to anyone needing self storage.”

“I really like the manager that works here. She makes you feel really welcomed.. the facility is always clean. I like the touchless entry through the gate. But the best part is for a extra $20 a month I can access my unit 24/7. I really like that option.”
“Fast and easy setup cheap for "low-income" individuals as low as under 100$ for a spot for a car to a small trailer up to and over 100$ for anything bigger than that. Facility has almost 24 access with coded entry. One entry/exit gate with coded entry. Office located on site of property location. Partial security with: cameras at location on property and Security Cows that roam the pasture/lot; witch it's grassed yard/lot, is huge and has many spots available all year around lots of space very open facility. Owner of the facility is nice and cordgile. Facility has : Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Standard Rates in addition to first time deposite of (I'm pretty sure) +100$; over or under, depending on what you want stored and it's size. Great place to store if you're in a crunch for time , and you can pretty much get ahold of the owner at any time unless said otherwise.”

“felt so relaxed the moment i pulled in, seriously one of those places you just dont want to leave. the people working thier were super chill and actually helpful, not just pointing at a map but walking me over to show me where to launch.
had some issues with my trailer and they lent me a tool without even asking for a deposit or anything, wich was unexpected but real nice. the whole setup is clean and easy to navigate, definately felt like less hassle than other marinas ive been to.
overall it was just a good day on the water with none of the usual stress. would drive the extra miles to come back here for sure.”

“Live Oak Storage is the BEST place I’ve ever rented from and I have rented many units in my time. They are friendly, courteous and accommodating. The unit was fresh and clean when I moved in. The grounds are always clean and kept up. I have never seen any bugs, except your usual spiders here and there, no vermin. Maybe a bat or two flying above. They have on-site security all day. They respond immediately. I love it here. I recommend Live Oak Storage to anyone who needs a storage unit.”
