It takes weeks to change a adress when you waiting for important stuff when I already paid the service fee for the po box then you gotta verify if its you twice then takes weeks to change everything is process I think its crazy that this place dosent leave the mail room open to get pobx mail on the weekends i understand the service is closed but I don't need service when I'm just getting mail for po box I paid for.

we have the worst post woman she is lazy cant read!! never get the mail delivered properly to tbe right address delivers with her bluetooth on loud enough for whole court can hear. very unprofessional and incompetent!! and post office does nothing about it. worst post office in area

For the last two years, our mail has been getting delivered one street over that happens to have the same house number as us. How can you not tell the difference in street names? It’s very frustrating that our mail never makes it to our house! I’ve been waiting three months for some important documents to be delivered and it never even made it to our house! I’ve already tried speaking to a manager in the past but they refused to return my call! I just went down again and was told the manager is in a “important meeting” and will call me back. I’m so beyond frustrated and upset they can’t seem to do a simple job!!! They need to do better!!! Pay attention and slow down if you have to but the fact that most people in Discovery Bay aren’t receiving their mail is ridiculous!!

It’s a miracle when you get all your mail and nothings missing or delivered to a different address. They go through drivers like candy. It’s kind of ridiculous that we can’t even get decent mail service in this town. That’s not even that big.

The reason why I give this place 1 star is their service is horrible. It is a total waste of money, and time. In no way shape or form should you go here, let alone ship your mail here. Ever since the new owners came in, everything's went to sh*t. I don't know how our government can hire such rude and arrogant humans.I'm warning you, DO NOT come here or YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Sent Certified Mail, Return Receipt to California address from midwest address. Was in California in 2 days. It's now been 13 days and has not arrived at the destination in California yet!

I post like 5 packages, and they lost all my packages or got stolen it said got scan but after than I can’t track my item , doesn't make sense all my packages got lost I believe someone stealing there all my packages

They were great very helpful and handle my packages with care. Every now and then when you leave a package on the counter with a prepaid label it takes him a day or two to scan it in and sometimes longer. For that reason only is why I takeoff a star. The service is great though thank you.

I have been using this post office 10+ years. Im an ebay seller so I have shipped many packages. They recently lost one of my packages or someone there stole it. I dropped it off and the tracking never was scanned. The people there have done nothing to help. I went there three days after the package was dropped off to see what happend. The guy told me they forgot to scan it wait a couple of days for it to be scanned it transit which it never was. Now I had to take a $140.00 dollar loss my ebay feedback is ruined and this post office has done nothing to help. Went there 4 times to resolve issue the post master is never there. They told me to file a claim witch I tried but they said I waited to long to file a claim. I tried to file the claim 7 days after I shipped the package. I would of done it sooner but they told me to wait for the package to be scanned in transit. Package was going to New York. This place is racket. If you drop off a package make sure you actually see someone scan the package before you leave. Avoid the headache I have had to deal with
