I was charged a separate $20 fee on my credit card that I didn’t authorize. When I reached out to them I was told it was a fee they added to guarantee me a room because they were sold out that weekend. I booked months in advance and was never told about this extra fee. After asking to speak to the manager (Roberto) he also refused to refund the money.

Best Western Plus in Dixon is a clean & friendly place to stay. Easy access to or from Highway 80. The rooms are clean there is free parking, free wifi & breakfast from 7 to 10 am. Kids are welcome even pets (for an additional fee) the hotel is wheelchair accessible. I stayed in a room with a king-size bed the room is very spacious. Don't think twice just book it! The customer service is awesome. This is a great hotel to spend the night if you're headed to Lake Tahoe or San Francisco.

We had a pleasant stay at Best Western plus Dixon Davis . The rooms were clean & had all the necessary supplies. The hotel is right below the freeway ,so traffic noise can be heard loudly especially at night . The staff is great & professional.

The parking here is not good. We had some rude guys with large work trucks that took over the parking lot and left no parking near our room. Each truck was taking up three parking spots. I called the front desk and was told she would see what she could do, then proceeded to do nothing, which was super unprofessional. It was also very loud between the freeway noise and rude people laughing and talking loud late night/early mornings. That being said the cleaning staff was very good and the pool was nice. I personally will not be staying here again though because of the parking and noise.

BEWARE website does not reflect the 40$ per night upcharge for pets.
Terrible excuse at counter when presented with the upcharge that does not show in the company website cart..
But front counter does include a 250$ "agreement" (threat) that not paying the 40 will get you 250 charge.
The threat is levied at the exact moment presented with surprise 40$ up charge at check in

I was happy with everything about this hotel, The room, the staff, the location, the breakfast, the pool, everything. I had an inside room, so it was quiet. My room was clean and everything worked. The refrigerator had a freezer unit, so I could keep my ice packs frozen for travel the next day. The breakfast selection was good. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Stay here.

Really nice visit. Clean smoke free rooms.nice lobby and clean bathroom after a long drive. Also a nice little fitness room, pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Didnt stay for the comp. Breakfast but facility looked nice and clean.
Rooms: Clean nice shower and soap selection. The coffee maker was sketchy so I didnt use it, but that's just my personal needs to know whats been run through that prior.
Walkability: Near grocery store and restaurants

We often stay at Best Western in Dixon when we visit family and friends.
This is the first time that we were disappointed with the service.
I am disabled and can not walk long distances.
Going into our room. Someone was already in it. Our next available room was upstairs and a very long distance to our room.
Very disappointed with our stay.

Veronica helped us check in. It was my 21st birthday and our one year anniversary and we are from out of town! She was so good to us and while we were out by the pool one day she brought us a nice bottle of wine to share! Everyone we came into contact with at the hotel was exceptional. The breakfast was amazing as well! Safe area too! Would come here again!

Very nice large room with sofa. Comfortable king mattress. Desk fridge Microwave. Hot breakfast items. Outdoor pool.
