Student in Davis from out of town-country. Ordered a bike on September 7 that was described as deliver the next day, Sept 8 and well it was not delivered and has not been as of date of this post. Calls were made and options given were to cancel which would have taken them off the hook for not fulfilling their contractual obligation to please pick up from the store in Woodland - this is for a student not familiar with Davis, let alone a long bike ride from Woodland to Davis in temperature of 43-46 degrees! Excuses given were the delivery drivers tried to pick up but package was too big for their vehicles. Call Walmart.com and Sam(uel) said it would be delivered by 8 pm on Friday - Not. Call Walmart.com again on Saturday and got Geovanna and she said to give her 24 hours which ended on Sunday, September 11 with nary a notification - Radio Silence. On call with them and just getting nothing but run round. 2 supervisors and just left hanging on call. Will be deleting my Walmart Don't Care account after my last orders are fulfilled and moving on to other vendors.

My service dog and I have been attacked 3 times by random pet dogs. I do not feel safe here and the employees stood there watching and laughing last night while my dog got bit. Had to get a fuckin lawyer because nobody would help me. Its not funny being disabled and having your life saving medical alert dog ATTACKED for doing his job. This is a FELONY.

Shopped 4/8/22, 2pm. This review is for the women's bathroom. If I could give it no stars, I would. I can't believe how dirty all the stalls are! What kind of people kick trash bins to the floor, not flush the toilet and not pick up their soiled paper towels after it falls to the floor? These people must live in a pig's stye. The only decent toilet was the handicapped stall. The custodian on duty should frequently clean the restrooms at least every hour. Walmart superstores always have lots of traffic with people using the restrooms often.

Went to this store to buy a new computer and printer. I asked one of the representative to assist us from Electronics department. The associate name was Estella. Rude and unfriendly. But Len was very helpful and assisted us right away and apologized for his coworker behavior.

Stay away from their tire center. they did things to my wheels to intentionally damage my car. and the manager was involved. I've contacted the authorities and hopefully the public will hear about it soon. This place is dangers. Go else where for work on your car....

The woman working the services counter on 9/10/21 at 1:30pm was extremely rude and committed to not helping us. We had an issue with the Jamba Juice machine not completing our order inside this location and received a disinterested and rude response. Regardless of them having control over the machine, customer service is still expected. A more adequate response would include directing us to a person who can help us. We are extremely disappointed in Susan.

We just came here to pick up an aux cord really fast. When I went into the electronics section, there were two employees there. I asked for help and showed them exactly what I needed in the locked cabinet. Neither one of them said anything to me and looked at one another like they were lost. The guy walked away and grabbed another worker (I'm guessing the one that actually was supposed to be working in that section). They both could have at least said they don't work in electronics instead of just standing there. The person that helped us was Estela. She was great and very polite. She seen I was wearing a Harley shirt and was telling me her husband had a Harley. I would of left irritated dealing with the two other people, but Estela did a great job with her customer service and we left happy. :)

Horrible customer service on the phone and In stores. I say this because I'll call and no one ever picks up and I know they have people in the area because I used to work at a Walmart and now I'd say in stores because people act like they don't want to help you and they'll ignore you which I find very rude. Lastly their app is glitchy and doesn't display the right information regarding my online orders so I never know if they're ready or not.

If I could I would give this Walmart a big fat "0". On May 16th my husband and I shopped at this store during the afternoon. We've shopped here quite often. We went into the self check out and go near the produce section. The Caucasian elderly woman name Delores who's always there and displays very bad customer service to customers was there working. Before we could began scanning our items she came over to us stuck her hand in our basket and stated is there alcohol in your basket? We said "NO", why? She stated you can't check out alcohol here. We stated to her, we don't drink alcohol? She then said, oh, I thought I saw some alcohol in your basket. We stated you thought wrong!!!! We then picked up what was going on. She was racial profiling us being that we are African Americans. We began to scan our items. Upon completing the scanning of our items and purchasing them she came to our basket once again and accused us of not paying for an item. We were highly upset and demanded to see the Store Manager. While we waited, I noticed in her hand held device that she had been monitoring us the entire time during our purchase because every item we scanned was located on hand held device. We said to her why have you been monitoring us the entire time? She stated we monitor everyone!!! We stated no, you don't, we're the only African Americans scanning at this time and from the time we entered into scan and go you have monitored us, came to our basket twice and now accused us of not paying for something. She then called over her co-worker who was also working the scan and go and whispered loudly to her "I don't think they paid for that item", which was a box of cereal. Now for sure we knew she was racially profiling us. She is straight 'RACIST". Walmart should be ashamed to have such people of this caliber working for and representing them as a company. We spoke to Melanie who is not a Manager and she stated Management was not present. We explained to her what had just occurred and showed her our receipt that the item was paid for. Melanie responded by saying, Delores had some similar complaints like this before on other occasions. She asked us to leave our name and number and that she would have the Manager on duty Kevin to call us. Well until this day we have yet to receive a phone call. The next day after the incident, I called there Corporate office and submitted a complaint and was given a reference number. The store Manager Derek was given the complaint to contact us to resolve the issue. Until this day, he has yet to call. We visited the store on June 6th to speak with the Store Manager Derek face to face and was told he was on vacation. So Kevin who was supposed to call us on the day the incident occurred came over to speak to us after having a casual conversation with employees as we stood there. He was very unprofessional and nonchalant while speaking with us. We questioned him as to why he did not contact us on the day this happened and he did not have an answer. It was as if he was out of space mentally and did not have a care in the world as to what we were speaking to him about. Again, very poor customer service displayed!!! He basically stated that Derek told him the case was resolved and closed. Wow!!!! In conclusion, we will NEVER EVER shop at this store again. It's sad that in this day in time Walmart tolerates RACIST AND UNPROFESSIONAL people working for them to which Delores is still working in the same spot PROFILING people. This Dixon Walmart needs to totally train their employees on customer service skills plus their employees need a complete over haul. This store is absolutely the worst when it comes to customer service and unprofessionalism. They don't ever answer the customer service phone line and when they do, you are put on hold and not served. They need to be out of business. We will tell everyone we know NEVER to shop at this Walmart!!!!

One of my favorite Walmarts to go to. I travel about 30 minutes just to go to Walmart in order to shop because the Walmarts around me I do not like they are always over packed and this one is never over packed. They recently took out their subway but then they added Jamba Juice (robotic , cool attraction) which is a plus because it's always hot out there. Customer service is great I have never witnessed one issue at this Walmart as opposed to other locations. They also have a lot of things that you should go on clearance because not too many people shop here.

Come to this Walmart all the time, because of theft they have locked up a lot of products and you have have to wait for them to unlock the cabinet they have it in. On multiple occasions I have pushed the little button and waited for more that 15 minutes and nobody shows up. I try to grab another employee working the area only to be told they don't have a key and the only way to get a response is to push the button and wait. That is a horrible way to do business. I really hope Walmart goes under while the one stop shop is nice the way they have cut back and treated customer and employees in the process makes me hate this company.

The elderly woman working on self check out (was told her name is Delores) needs to be trained in customer service asap since she clearly does not know how to do her job or how to treat people. Shes probably the worst employee i have encountered at walmart.

It has a huge parking lot so no worries about parking. They have a greeter upon entering. Bathrooms are to your right. They're your standard camping feel like bathrooms. A friendly worker in the parking lot was having conversation with me about my husky.

I love coming here it saves me time and I love shopping online as I am not a great grocery shopper . I love the substitutes they provide if they font have the product you ordered. I've actually switched to some of the substitute items . The shoppers always shop like it were them you can see the time they put into getting your shopping list complete. Every one who need help should try it I love Dixon Walmart Thank you

It's an okay store - it's Wal-Mart. Shelves are generally stocked - probably as good as they can be given things these days. Aisles seem to be kept clear and clean. Most of the associates I've come into contact with are nice, and helpful; a number of them seem stressed and bothered they are having to work. There IS this one older lady who I've "experienced" at the self-checkout several times who seems to be in a perpetual ornery, cranky and nasty mood - but she is easily ignored. The a/c in the store seems less cool, and the air stagnant these days - it's a weird warm feeling. Very odd. The store no longer allows reusable bags (8/14/2020), so don't bring them with you; the greeters will stop you from bringing them in. No signs, no notifications. Must have been an overnight decision as the previous day it was fine. They WILL allow you to purchase their store bags. Their delivery service gets an 'F' - based on my one experience where they canceled my order ONE HOUR AFTER it was supposed to be delivered - at first saying it had been delivered, then saying they couldn't find the order, then finally canceling the order. Overall, it's eh. One doesn't expect much from Wal-Mart anyway, and I have greatly lowered any previous expectations. It's just a place to buy stuff.
