I called 4 times in one day at different times and no answer. How are people supposed to pick up their prescriptions?

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been going to this pharmacy for about 6 years now and it has continually gotten worse over the course of time. Ever since Covid hit 2 years ago, their customer service became absolute crap. They don't answer their phone (like NEVER), and they're rude. Forget about getting any prescription filled in a timely fashion or without some kind of issue. It literally takes 4-5 days for them to fill any prescription they get from a doctor. Most other pharmacies I have been to fill within a day or two at most. Today was the last straw when again, I tried calling the pharmacy to find out the status of my son's new prescription (which was sent to them 4 days ago) and they wouldn't answer their phone. I called 4 times within an hour, was put on hold by an automated system, waited 10 minutes each time and they never answered once. I decided to show up to the pharmacy and there are 4 women working back there which is ample enough people for someone to answer the phone! I find out that they have not filled my son's prescription which they've had for 4 days now. I've been dealing with this b.s. for two years now and enough is enough. I walked out and I'm transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I will never step foot into that CVS again.

I love the CVS in Dixon! The staff is so nice and the service is great! Today I had another amazing experience! Sheena rang up all my items and completed my transaction when I realized I failed to transfer discounts to my Extra Care Savings Card. She was so patient and understanding when she refunded the original purchase and processed a new transaction. The manager on duty kindly serviced other customers while Sheena focused on me. Thank you SHEENA for your kindness and outstanding customer service!!!! I will definitely be back!

I have lived in many cities and tried many other pharmacies. I keep coming back to CVS. I think a lot of their success is their excellent online system for ordering and tracking prescriptions. It makes taxes a lot easier at the end of the year, but better than that, I can monitor my medications and order refills on my own. One of the newest features they have is that when you are ordering a refill, they will let you know if the manufacturer offers a coupon discount for the medication, and they tell you where and how to get it BEFORE you place your order. This has saved me a bunch of out-of pocket cash, that I still get credit for from my insurance company.

They are always helpful and friendly here. Always free you when you enter it's a great place to shop for that extra stuff you need there card selection is very good and a wide price range for everyone's budget

The pharmacist & pharmacy staff are the best out of every cvs I've used. I moved away but still use them. The Customer service they provide me is consistently excellent even with my crappie insurance. They really care about people's health & do the best they can as efficiently as possible. Thanks soooo much your diligence is greatly appreciated!!

Can't expect too much from this location. Too many other options nearby and I think this place, like many other CVS locations, is being kept running by the pharmacy. Lots of dated merchandise and prices to match the duration of stay for each item. Paid a little over seven bucks (silly taxes, roads are for drivers!) for a ream of paper. It was convenient, as I didn't have to brave the madness of the Walmart down the street but dang that's some coin for some paper. Coulda had that ish Amazoned to my front door for less. But I wanted it within the hour, hence this visit.

AVOID this pharmacy! The pharmacist here does not know how to count! They gave me half of my supply so I had to went back and the pharmacist kept saying that she put the correct amount of supplies. I confirmed whether this medicine was brand name, and they told me yes but I found out they gave me generic after I return home.

I love coming to this store .... everyone that works in cvs is literally friendly . You come in they greet . You leave they greet . And if your lost in the store they greet lol

Avoid this place! Sold me expired vitamins. When I returned them the ones I wanted, that was supposed to be buy one get one free. The manager said it was not on sale. He tried to plush a cheaper one off as the one on sale. I told them I would never come back to this place. Went to the CVS in Davis and got the correct ones on sale!

The Dixon pharmacy is and trying to be intimidating the pharmacist and have no compassion for anybody i've been trying to get a prescription all day I feel like they cannot try to help solve that problem I got here at 10 and left at 130 back here at 6:30 now I have to wait 30 more minutes or he can do it 20 but feelings hurt because I said I think it's part of the pharmacies well my doctor I would never get my descriptions here again
