I have been to many different companies over the years to get my taxes done and this was by far my best experience (and I've had other good experiences with companies.) Everyone was kind and took the time to really explain my specific situation and adjustments I might want to make in the future. I am not dreading tax season next year.

Gino Fortis and his staff are simply the best. Do yourself a favor and use Fortis. Regarding tax preparation, Fortis is far better than H&R Block and the others. He doesn't just ask canned questions, but goes deeper and finds exemptions and credits the others don't find. He knows the Federal and State tax codes and even was able to file taxes for another state. In addition to the superior technical ability, Gino Fortis and all his staff have always given the best customer service. Dealing with them is a pleasure. And that is saying something considering taxes are so unpleasant.

Gino is very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time to explain everything as he went along and he also answered all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. Fortis Tax took away the stress and headache of tax season. Gino provided us with a side-by-side comparison breaking down our tax situation for the last two years, and took the time to explain the numbers to us. Gino is the most amazing person! He has been the cornerstone of a very turbulent time for me and my family for the past two years. His honesty and integrity is refreshing and calming.
