“This review is more on the classes they offer. I took a cheesecake class here. There were 16 of us. It wasn't a "hands on class" but more of a teaching class. We were all given recipes of different cheesecakes. The best part is the tasting part. We got to taste every cheesecake on the recipe sheet. Loved it! Classes are in the evening and the store will be open for the students after the class. Parking There is a bathroom inside and parking is in the back of the store. Lots of street parking as well. I absolutely recommend the class.”

“Great community. When I started playing D&D, my party wandered around Downtown Davis in search of dice and this was the best store we found. The staff were super excited to see a pack of kids ready to start D&D together. They moved locations since I first went and they've still got a great energy. Some of their items are a little expensive but I think it's worth it to support the business. The building is kind of hard to get to for me since I don't have a car but I like coming by a couple times a year.”

“Bizarro is a must-stop if you are a nerd visiting or living-in Davis. The store owner, Dan, is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his wares and the hobbies of his customers. He's even kind enough to keep an eye out for me when I ask for something really niche. Everything is well priced, and the store itself feels like digging through a time capsule when you visit. I especially like that there's always something new, which gives me a reason to come back frequently. Dan has had every hobby under the sun enter his doors, hence an ever replenishing and strong selection. If you're a collector of any type in the Davis area, Bizarro should be your first stop.”
