“This review is just for the self-serve dog wash, which is new.

If you have a dog you can pick up, you won't find a better value for what is offered. The tubs are a good size and your dog can be fully enclosed or you can leave the "door" open for better access. This is also the only self-serve I have been to (and I make it an objective to try all of them in Solano and Napa Counties) that has grooming tables. The shampoos seemed good quality, not watered down like some of them seem to be at some self-serves. The blowers are average. The only self-serve I have been too with really good blowers is Rub-a-dub in American Canyon. It's also nice that it's in the back in a room separate from the hustle and bustle.

The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that I don't have a dog I can pick up. I have a senior giant breed dog and a senior large dog. My giant girl is too old to jump that high into the tub, and I can't lift her. If a kind stranger hadn't been grooming at the same time and offered to help, I would have needed to turn around and go ask for a refund. There is a ramp, but it is very steep and slippery. There was no way either of my dogs, who have used other ramps, could use that one.

This isn't the only self-serve that isn't really accessible for large dogs. It's really unfortunate, because large and giant breeds are harder to wash at home, more expensive to have groomed professionally, and therefore most likely to seek a self-serve situation.”

“This another good, well lit Home Depot. You will usually find what you need here, but the chain has gotten away from a deep hardcore hardware selection. The staff are always very helpful and go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. I have found the bathroom to be kept fairly clean.”
