My order accidentally went to the wrong address (my fault) and was sent back to them. however, the warehouse is just sitting on my package and it’s been over a week with no definitive timeframe of when they’re going to ship it. I feel like this a super simple solution. I provided the new address and customer service just says. “We’re processing packages back from when it was delivered to us” which is basically a response saying “we’ll get to it when we want to get it” kuiu… how hard is it to generate a new shipping label and just resend it out?? Thank you for making it complicated for your customer. Please send me my stuff. Last thing I’ll ever buy from you guys. Your customer service just put a bad taste in my mouth.

I would look at other reviews regarding warranty issues. One main reason for paying such a premium for gear is that you expect a company like this to stand behind their product. I bought some glassing pants which I used 3 or 4 times before the zipper fell off. These pants are in perfect condition other than the zipper. Like other reviewers, they would not stand behind their “lifetime”warranty instead directing me to a seamstress to get them repaired. I have been a loyal customer for years & have extensively used many Kuiu products, but I surprised by their poor warranty support. For this reason, I will not be buying Kuiu products again as there is plenty of comparable equipment that will stand behind their warranty.

I've never owned a really high quality rain jacket so when I knew I would get a good tax refund this year I decided to splurge. I had been referred to KUIU by a former coworker who was an avid outdoor sportsman and who told me this company made the best rainwear in the industry, better than LL Bean or North Face. I chose a Kutana Gale Force insulated rain jacket as an online purchase. I made the right choice. It fit absolutely perfect and is so warm and comfortable to wear. The proprietary waterproof material is 100% effective at making the rain roll right off. The jacket has a lifetime guarantee but you'll never need to use it. Remember these jackets are designed to keep hunters and fishermen warm and dry for hours. I highly recommend KUIU. Their showroom is in Dixon just off I 80 and well worth the drive.

Matt at the Dallas store needs to be recognized for going above and beyond. My brother in law was a huge KUIU fan and had bought 7 pair of attack pants just prior to his unexpected passing. When I told Matt what had transpired he immediately worked on a solution to refund the money to my brother in laws widow. Class act and quality guy! Thank you KUIU for hiring people like Matt. Most importantly thank you Matt!

Was preparing to order a bunch of gear online so I went in to make sure my sizing was correct! Idk why they have so many negative reviews on customer service lol they were super friendly and willing to let me try on everything and even explore the backpacks. Helpful and chill environment
