Their fraud department is outstanding I had an unusual charge on my account that immediately got flagged and within minutes of it happening I received a phone call from a representative asking if I had made those charges. They immediately canceled the card and issued me a new one. On a side note if you go to any branch they will replace you card on the spot so you don't have to wait seven to ten business days for it to be sent in the mail.
