“Great credit union. Their fraud department is outstanding I had an unusual charge on my account that immediately got flagged and within minutes of it happening I received a phone call from a representative asking if I had made those charges. They immediately canceled the card and issued me a new one. On a side note if you go to any branch they will replace you card on the spot so you don't have to wait seven to ten business days for it to be sent in the mail. Staff is very friendly and helpful would highly recommend doing banking business here.”
“My first time today at this location. It was very clean and spacious. There were only 2 tellers working and a long line. The line moved somewhat quickly. I was able to withdrawal my birthday funds without fuss or issue. The teller was polite. This Travis Location is located on Harbison Dr, in the same parking lot as Target. Parking lot is small and was packed when I arrived. There are ATMs outside. I never used them and can't speak on my experience with them.”

My personal opinion. If it's an important matter, schedule ahead. If you can wait, then just walk in. But remember, this branch covers a whole northern area. “Travis is a refreshingly different financial institution. The folks here are well trained and every one of them seems to know what they are doing even for off-beat stuff. They are quick, efficient, accommodating, and friendly too. Also, the branch seems to be well managed and there is hardly ever a wait. I have never been charged any "surprise" fees here and they are open and honest with all their dealings - which is more that I can say for any of the "Big-Brother-Banks." Without having to consult with a superior about "What to do," The teller that I got was able to satisfactorily complete a complicated transaction in less than 15 minutes what an incompetent Wells Fargo teller botched after over an hour of consulting - (he really didn't know what he was doing and left me holding the bag with a half done job). What a difference a block makes...”
