I scheduled a service appointment over three weeks ago in regards to two recalls. After bringing my vehicle to the dealership (from out of city), I received a phone call advising me about them not having a part for a recall. Now I have to come back.
Additionally, I got into my vehicle and there was grease all over several seats and a pen mark on my center console. I’ll buy my next car and do a service somewhere else next time 👍

DO NOT BUY FORD MOTORCRAFT PARTS!! They do not honor their warranties. I bought a Ford battery and it is just over a year old and it has a 3 year free replacement warranty. It's bad enough what parts cost but to not warranty is just poor business ethics. I won't buy another thing from Ford ever again. Screw Ford!

I originally left a great a review on my purchase process. I purchased my car on 9-19 1st payment due 10-19. Still don't have an account or account number so I can make my payment on time. And the reply I got was sometimes it happens this way
Doesn't sound professional. So if its late, which i never missed a payment ever on a car, is that my fault.

An excellent experience to work with the two Tonys here. They were not the stereotypical pushy salesmen, their negotiations were fair, and their customer service superb. I stopped in earlier in the week to look at Super Duty trucks. I was greeted by Mason C. who took the time to explain all of the features that the truck offered. I never felt rushed as Mason was very attentive and was able to answer all of my questions. When it’s time to select the specific truck, Mason worked with me and was able to secure the truck I wanted with the options I was looking for through a dealer trade. Mason even followed up to provide a status update on the delivery on his day off—who does that these days? I am very pleased to say it was a pleasure to do business with Mason and all of the Dupratt Ford staff for my new Super Duty purchase.

DuPratt Ford claims to be a Quicklane dealer (and has signs up at entry), however when I visited for an oil change they advised that they require prior appointments.

Sales Team: Just recently bought a new Bronco Sport from Daniel, with the assistance of Tony and Tiffany.
Such a great team. No pressure sales. Daniel answered all our questions and concerns thoroughly and no pressure to buy. He was great! Highly recommend!
Tiffany really went to bat for me on the financing, thank you so much for that! I will definitely be back to buy my dream truck! :)
Service team:
On my way home from buying the Bronco I noticed that the plate covering the camera/holding the rear-view mirror was detached. I notified Daniel in sales immediately he referred me to the service team.
I brought it into Daniel (from service), he had it look at it and determined they’d need to order a new part. Two days later I received a call from Jonathan and he sent out Mario and Ian with Ford Mobile Service.
They came straight to my house and fixed it in less than 5min. I’m so happy at how quickly this was turned around and fixed. This is my first time experiencing mobile service in general and it was so convenient. I work full time and am a mother to a 9-year-old autistic boy and it can be challenging to get out of the house for services like this during the week. So, I really appreciate this service and how kind and professional your guys are. :)
