Cool little spot on the way to the mountains. It's good to break up the drive with a meal in a quaint little town. Service was good, and food was legit. Close to the highway so you can get in and out quickly.

Came here to work on a Wednesday afternoon and found it almost empty. Customer service was prompt and coffee was fine but I was disappointed by almost everything else. The only sugar alternative was monk fruit which was $1.00 extra. I knew they stopped serving breakfast but the only bakery items they had was some cupcakes and croissants that looked like they had been sitting out. The place has a nice ambience but they don't provide WiFi, so it's not a good environment to work. I can see why they're empty, was hoping for a better experience.

So far I’ve tried their croissant, muffins, quiche and some “to-go” items from the fridge/freezer. Everything is delicious.

No longer serving full breakfast, only baked goods, but the coffee is still great and the service is superb. They said they plan to start serving food again later, if they can find the right staff. My fingers are crossed!

I used to love coming here for the sourdough bagel with a side of bacon and some coffee. It was a nice spot to relax with a book if you came at a not too busy time. The staff was always kind and friendly, and they played the best music.

Their website and Yelp both say this place is open until 2 pm daily but when I went at noon on a Saturday they were closed. Sadly I wasn't able to try it and had to eat at another restaurant nearby, but wish they would post their correct hours.

Mine and my husbands favorite place to eat practically every Saturday morning! His favorite is the goulash burrito and they make the best pancakes I've EVER had. Oh and the coffee is sooo good!

For $23!, we got the thinnest, most overcooked chicken fried steak I've ever had, accompanied by overseasoned gravy. The country potatoes were the best part of the meal. The eggs looked just like store-bought, not the dark yolked robust ones I would expect from a specialty restaurant. The coffee was good & bottomless. The service is minimal - counter order, they did refill the coffee but forgot the requested milk. Lots of flies buzzing around inside.Probably won't be back.

What a cute spot! Very friendly folks and the food was fresh and delicious. So glad we went a little bit off the highway to find this gem. Great veggie burrito for plant based eaters!

I have come to the barn and pantry a few times over the last few years and I had hopes it was just going to be better each time! This last Sunday was the biggest disappointment, I had a vanilla latte with French toast and my friend had the Eggs Benedict, and ended up with a ollipop drink because they had run out of multiple of the homemade syrups. (Don't come after 11:30 am maybe?) It was around noon when we dined, but the outdoor and indoor dining area had not been cleaned, so out of the 3 available tables, we got one outside. We waited for our food which didn't take long but my French toast only had bananas on them. I don't like them and don't consider them a seasonal fruit because they are year round. Also they came out with no butter so by the time I got the cold butter the toast was to cool and it was just more disappointing. Now my friend had the eggs Benedict with bacon and hash browns. The hash browns were the only thing I'd give a 10 / 10 the hollandaise was okay, the egg it self was over cooked.Overall the visit was just bad, we love going to nice places that offer local produce and fresh food, but I spent I think 55 with tip for lunch, which is justified if it hadn't felt like I paid to sit on a dirty park bench with mediocre food.It was awkward for myself because I hyped this place up to some friends, and it did not impress.

Love this place. I still remember when the location was A Street Deli. The Barn and Pantry is quite different from its predecessor, but maintains the homey, small-town comfort vibe. The breakfast options feature classics alongside unique original dishes. I'll definitely make a point of stopping in whenever I visit Dixon.

Stopped on the way out of town. Hole in the wall kind of place. Glad we stopped. Clean, with pleasant servers. Fast service.

My sister & I came here for a bagel and coffee last Sun. We split a Sesame Bagel with Goat Cheese, and my sister got a Cinnamon Mocha Latte, which was all delicious. They don't actually bake there own bagels, apparently they get them from a local bakery.

Service was good and fast. For the price of the food I wasn't impressed. I've tried this place a couple time but I just didn't get into it. The lattes are good but too strong for me. Cute place though.
