I do NOT recommend using this place for shipping. I sent 6 wine glasses from the Caymus winery, and the person who received them ONLY GOT 4. I called and asked why they didn’t send all 6 wine glasses, and the man who answered the call DARED to say that they had only shipped 4. What a lack of respect—basically implying that I was lying. He also SUGGESTED that we might have left them somewhere else, when in fact, we left the winery and headed straight to the airport. Along the way, we chose to ship them for added safety. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Incredible customer service, quick and speedy! My wedding is in a few months and I have been ordering things from Amazon like crazy, which also means I've been returning a ton of stuff. The employees at this UPS store are always so patient, even when I bring in tons of items to process and return. They are all very nice and help each other as well, seems like a nice working environment. I've always had a pleasant experience here. Love how easy it is to use their services.

The store was neat and clean. Employees were nice. I am used to a UPS store in my city that it is anything but orderly, total chaos. Glad I could come to a nicely run store. I plan on returning.

Went in to send a package that I had pre-paid a shipping label for. The shipping label was emailed to me so I asked if I could forward it to them to just print out. The lady said yes and pointed to the email address on her register.. at checkout, she proceeds to charge me $.19 for the paper used in the printing of my prepaid label and $2.00 for an hour of rented computer time.
