Visited the Dixon store for specific Christmas ornaments the app stated they had in stock. The day after Thanksgiving the shelves in the garden area were practically bare! There was no staff working in the area. I was told later that she went home at 1:00 pm. WHAT?! No relief? I did find someone outside the garden whose body language screamed I was interrupting her process of rehoming items (maybe customer returns). However her skill set using her handheld computer were lacking even though I had the exact item in my hand. It was just the wrong color. I told her the aisle the app said the item was on and finally she went to that location to get the exact sku. It told her there were 3 in the store. She pointed to a "seasonal" section (where I had already looked) and said, check there. I asked if Guest Services could call other stores identified by the app as having stock? She said yes and actually displayed a smile although I think she might have just been glad to get rid of me. Lol. Well Guest Services wasn't helpful either. She told me they no longer have the ability to call other stores but telephones sit on the counter. Oh well. Off I went...It was Black Friday and there were people in the store but it wasn't that busy. The store used to have nice selection and well stocked shelves. The staffing level sucked. There was hardly anyone visible to help customers or restock shelves. The store now just seems like a giant Dollar Store. Dollar Store staff are a lot friendlier and more helpful though.

I called to find out the price of an oil change and to see if I can get it done today, I'm driving from 25 min away and wanted to check before I drove over. No one answered in the auto department so I spoke to the operator who told me she had no idea how much it was and all she could do was transfer me back and when no one answered again she was like well idk. Not helpful at all. After trying once more on my own to call I reached someone in the department who was incredibly helpful and even helped to make me an appointment :) Update: changing to 2 stars because they didn't actually complete the job. None of my fluids were topped off at all even though I asked if it was part of the service.

At the Video Game section I wanted to buy EAFC 24 for the PS5. So I went to ask for the game and the guy there was actually pretty chill. So I bought the game and went home to play it and it was a pretty fun game. I would definitely recommend buying video games at Walmart.

I was beyond frustrated with my experience at my local walmart a few days ago. I am 25 and go inside the store with my 15 year old sister . It was a family members birthday so before I headed to the party I wanted to pick up a few things of alcohol. I made sure to carry all the alcohol myself, place it on the checkout station, and present my ID . My younger sibling was standing a few feet away near the return area they have. The woman checking me out asks after I present my ID if my younger sister has one as well. To which I respond she does not because she is 15 and isn't going to be drinking. She then tells me that she cannot sell me the alcohol because she is with me. She claims it is "policy" . I understand stores have policies but this one is absolutely absurd. I'm not going to leave my siblings in the car running or not for safety reasonings and due to the fact it's nearly 100 degrees outside. What are people supposed to do with their teenagers when they shop and happen to purchase alcohol? It just makes absolutely no sense. A few days later my dad goes into walmart with her to purchase beer and has my same sister with her, NO ISSUE. He was able to purchase the alcohol and go on his way. So now it's very clear that they are singling me out simply because I am younger with a younger sibling, assuming I am purchasing for her. Which makes me extremely irritated. If it's a so called policy, then enforce it on everyone. Not just people you suspect things of; especially because it wasn't true at all!!! next time this happens I will be acting as a so called "karen" and speaking to the manager. no other store has ever asked me this before. it's complete garbage .

Most of their employees don't know where shit is and the Walmart app will tell you the wrong aisle so good luck finding your shit

I am giving 5 stars for Carissa. I love the grocery pickup option. I use it frequently and it usually runs smooth. But recently when I picked up an order and got it home, a lot of things were missing. When I called in, 2 of the employees told me they would refund it to my payment method. That's ok but I still needed the stuff. Being a very busy person, I noticed more stuff missing. When I called back, Carissa answered. She not only found the other half of my order sitting there, but she personally pulled the other missing stuff. I was able to go pick up the rest of my order that night. Carissa went above and beyond and I am grateful. Now I will keep using the service. Thank you Carissa!

These remarks are reserved for the Tire Center and not the Super Center Store itself. On 5/24/2013, I pulled into the tire center (Dixon Ca) in need of air in my tires. A lady (don't know her name) approached me, and I relayed the same info to her. She asked to see the inside of my drivers side door for the air requirements for the tires. I told her I would like 40lbs. She asked what the door panel stated and I replied 35lbs. I was then told that she would not be able to fill my tires with the requested 40lbs due to it not being the manufactures' standard. She also added that there were camera's. WHAT???!!!Since when do cameras ZOOM in on the tire pressure gauge?? Did she even bother checking the sidewall to see what the allowances were? NOPE!!! I WAS a customer since the store was originally built. Never had a problem with having my tires serviced with what I requested. Needless to say I smiled and politely thanked her for her time, and proceed to leave. Won't ever be back!! Side note. Took my vehicle the same day to Les Schwab, and they took care of me. Advised them they were NOW my go to shop. Do better Dixon Walmart Tire Center!!!

Shopped 4/8/22, 2pm. This review is for the women's bathroom. If I could give it no stars, I would. I can't believe how dirty all the stalls are! What kind of people kick trash bins to the floor, not flush the toilet and not pick up their soiled paper towels after it falls to the floor? These people must live in a pig's stye. The only decent toilet was the handicapped stall. The custodian on duty should frequently clean the restrooms at least every hour. Walmart superstores always have lots of traffic with people using the restrooms often.

I just used their coin star for $509 worth of change I've been saving.... Customer service lady said she couldn't help me get the cash despite there being no line, so I went to the cashier.. the one cashier open with 3 people in line. I proceeded to wait 30 minutes while having contractions before she finished the person in front of me. I then handed her the receipt from the Coin star machine to which she tells me she has to send me back to customer service because the manager has to approve..., I WENT INTO LABOR WAITING FOR THEM TO FIGURE THIS S*** OUT. I asked them if I could just come back you know when I'm not in active labor - no I can't I'll lose my $500 apparently... So I go to wait in the car while my husband deals with this s**** We are at Walmart for OVER AN HOUR for this s**** WHILE I AM IN LABOR.

Went to this store to buy a new computer and printer. I asked one of the representative to assist us from Electronics department. The associate name was Estella. Rude and unfriendly. But Len was very helpful and assisted us right away and apologized for his coworker behavior.

Stay away from their tire center. they did things to my wheels to intentionally damage my car. and the manager was involved. I've contacted the authorities and hopefully the public will hear about it soon. This place is dangers. Go else where for work on your car....

The woman working the services counter on 9/10/21 at 1:30pm was extremely rude and committed to not helping us. We had an issue with the Jamba Juice machine not completing our order inside this location and received a disinterested and rude response. Regardless of them having control over the machine, customer service is still expected. A more adequate response would include directing us to a person who can help us. We are extremely disappointed in Susan.

We just came here to pick up an aux cord really fast. When I went into the electronics section, there were two employees there. I asked for help and showed them exactly what I needed in the locked cabinet. Neither one of them said anything to me and looked at one another like they were lost. The guy walked away and grabbed another worker (I'm guessing the one that actually was supposed to be working in that section). They both could have at least said they don't work in electronics instead of just standing there. The person that helped us was Estela. She was great and very polite. She seen I was wearing a Harley shirt and was telling me her husband had a Harley. I would of left irritated dealing with the two other people, but Estela did a great job with her customer service and we left happy. :)

Horrible customer service on the phone and In stores. I say this because I'll call and no one ever picks up and I know they have people in the area because I used to work at a Walmart and now I'd say in stores because people act like they don't want to help you and they'll ignore you which I find very rude. Lastly their app is glitchy and doesn't display the right information regarding my online orders so I never know if they're ready or not.

One of my favorite Walmarts to go to. I travel about 30 minutes just to go to Walmart in order to shop because the Walmarts around me I do not like they are always over packed and this one is never over packed. They recently took out their subway but then they added Jamba Juice (robotic , cool attraction) which is a plus because it's always hot out there. Customer service is great I have never witnessed one issue at this Walmart as opposed to other locations. They also have a lot of things that you should go on clearance because not too many people shop here.
