When they first opened this 7 Eleven it was my favorite place. The staff was great always welcoming and smiling you in the door. Since they changed owners this place just isn't the same. The staff older guys no smiling no nothing. The fountain drinks are always out of coke or ice. There fresh brewing coffee machine same always out of hot chocolate or cappuccino. Is just not worth stopping by no more. I'm just glad the new 711 on Gardendale and Lakewood is top notch busier but worth the wait in line. Better service and much much friendly staff....

Their soda fountain seems to be replenished not nearly enough as it should be, considering how much traffic this spot gets.... At least half of the given options..... Water, at any given time...

Rude people the old night crew were nice these new people are rude and dumb they don't know how to run the store very bad experience horrible place I'ma take my business to circle k this 711 lost my business don't go here the food is burnt and the clerks are very rude and disrespectful

Store wasnt the best before but new owners assured to make it even worse. Soda machine and coffee always not working, and they have prices on items they wont even honor. Saw something tagged 4.99 and they tried charging 12.99. After telling him the sticker literally says 4.99 and my wife goingnto snap a pic of it he said hed look into it later but its 12.99.

It appears like it went under new ownership. None of the previous employees are there. I really don't know why this was necessary. I hope they got to keep their jobs elsewhere.

This used to be the best 7-Eleven in Downey. Great customer service, clean store, in stock of everything. The great customer service and clean store still apply, but the slurpee and soda machine at this location are always broken. It's so frustrating.

This used to be the best one in Downey, shelves are understocked. One lady working alone, the cheeseburger bites are rinkly like they have been out all day.
