As disappointed as I could possibly be. I will say, they got us a great rate on insurance. But we're finding now that it's with a company who has no one I can speak to with about my policy, they tell us to call Amax about everything. It's a little insurance company with a barely functioning website, can't log into my account because my policy # changed on renewal, but for some reason no one is able to tell me the new policy #. Amax doesn't have ANY answers, they don't answer emails, they answer 1 out of 5 phone calls and can't help us. They're terrible I would never use them again.

My insurance agent JB has been a joy to do business with for years now. He’s an excellent communicator, and very professional. I never worry when calling in with a question, I know my question will be answered in an easy way to understand. I would AVOID Stephanie if you could. I purchased an insurance policy with her and she spelled my name incorrectly just trying to rush so fast. I asked her if she could fix it she said yes and she never followed up. I had to reach out to her manager to fix her error which is so unprofessional. Also make sure you negotiate how much you’re willing to pay because at first she said $250 then I was able to negotiate down to $120. A lot of the times they include their commission in the deal. Thank you to the manager Daniel for fixing the issue.
