Worst experience ever, I went to purchase clothes for myself $200+ dollar purchase, idk why but the girl who was as a cashier charged me for everything and just when I payed their computer shut down. My purchase wasn’t made but they did took out money out of my bank account. Then the cashier said they could hold my clothes for only TWO DAYS. When the payment and all that purchase can take a little bit longer more than two days to be reflected in the account.
Update: I called back to the store after three days, and they told me they put back all my clothes I PURCHASED because they didn’t think “I would wanted them” and still I haven’t received a refund or a call from the store telling me what happened, I went back Sunday 1 and they didn’t had a solution and couldn’t give me a receipt as a proof of my purchase. I am mad because they are treating me bad like I wanted to steal the clothes. I am currently crying because the ladies don’t know how long it took me to feel comfortable again to go out and buy pretty clothes and they don’t even know how much time I spent saving up that money.
