“We made an appointment with this branch ( Imperial Hwy Downey) with a small business banker named Diana Gutierrez- she greeted us with respect and provided us with exceptional customer service . Diana Gutierrez has a very positive optimistic attitude , she's highly professional , well dressed / presented and displayed high skills and knowledge in her department. Our goal was to grow our business credit and have previously been turned away by other banks and other BOA bankers giving us no solutions / knowledge or recommendations how to grow and establish our business credit . Unfortunately we were unable to get a business CC at this time , but we were successfully able to get a business auto loan which will establish our business credit and result in a business CC in the near future . We were so grateful this option was available to us , thanks to Diana's experience, knowledge and willingness to genuinely help us reach our business goals . I would highly recommend anyone with a small business who needs knowledge and resources about growing their business to go to this branch and ask to meet with Diana Gutierrez directly . I've been to many other bank of America's , but by far this was my best experience here thanks to their excellent staff - specifically Diana Gutierrez. I was even considering to bank with another bank , due to being turned away for any kind of business loans / resources in the past . Until I came across Diana Gutierrez - It's very refreshing to get assistance from someone who genuinely cares for their clients and is truly passionate about their job . I feel someone of this high skill set such as Diana Gutierrez should be at a higher level within the organization , she's highly valuable, expert in her line of work and truly deserves the recognition.”
