Today I went to Auto zone because I felt my battery was giving out. As soon as I walked in Yesenia greeted me. I told her why I was there with no hesitation she came outside to check my batter and confirmed I needed a new one. She helped me even take out my old battery and replace it with the new one. By far the best experience I've had. She did an amazing job and made sure my car turned on.

Came with 12 minutes left till closing and the guy stalled me at the door saying the 3 item that I came here looking for was not here SMH I know you want to go home but I'm working all night with out a car charger

I am giving this store one start based on the experience I had earlier today. I needed to replace a battery that was under warranty and the guys at the counter refused to do it because, according to them, it was too difficult. I have had my battery replaced in this same location at least 3 times. I feel the guys were just too lazy and came up with that excuse. This is my nearest store and when people are having car problems, we just need a reliable service. I wish autozone could refine their customer service and show some consistency.
