They called me and this is the second time that my puppy is ready for pick up (Grogu) and am thinking ok am here still shopping at PetSmart and when I get there still no pupp and am waiting and then they ask...have you been helped. I reply they called me that Grogu is ready to be picked up. That's the only issue...

I like there services the care they take to make sure your pets are well taken care ,they explain well all your questions I recommend to friends and family to take their pets to banfield they deserve the best care.
