Terrible service. Regret driving 30 min away from my house just to visit this store (clossest to me) what a waste of time and gas to be treated how I was.

Came in about 7 minutes before the closing time, the store was still fully open and there were even a few customers inside. I was ready to make a purchase and the girl with yellow blonde hair (didnt get her name) said they were closed and were no longer taking purchases. Why would they have the store fully open and close their registers? They might as well have fully closed the store to avoid this inconvenience. Her approach was also in a rude way and not professional whatsoever!

1 star for having amazing clothes at great prices!!! However 0 stars for the incredibly rude staff! I went today. There was 2 girls working. Both by the register but only 1 girl working the register and no one at the fitting rooms! I asked one girl if they had a trash can so that I could throw away a my empty paper cup. She said "no". I find it very hard to believe that they do not have a trash can!!! Where do they throw away bags? Non working hangers...? Etc....? She was rude about how she said it! Her co worker... was also rude when ringing me up. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not shop at this store. The assistant manager there is rude to Spanish speaking customers. She has a bad attitude towards Hispanic people and was on her phone when I asked for help. She gave terrible customer service and was gossiping with her coworker while checking me out in the register. This is the second time I go there and she’s had very disgusting attitude towards me. Someone should really do something about this because this company will lose customers.

Very bad experience in buying online, I do not recommend it, I bought several men's items for $158 dollars, very low quality items, I wanted to return some items directly to the store, they do not accept them first, why not return anything that is on sale, everything is on sale; buy 1 regular price and the second for $1 or 3 shirts x 15 after they did not accept men's items and customer service I asked to return them and they only sent me a form with the return policy that they do not accept what is left in promotion 3 t-shirts x $18 or you buy one item and the second one a dollar, everything is on sale, that should be explained before making the purchase, they do not answer you and the store does not take responsibility. In short, DO NOT BUY HERE ONLINE

Went in at 7:45 and their gate was clearly still open. Was browsing at the first few items in the front for not even a minute and I asked respectfully “hey are you guys still open” since I got weird stares from two employees when I came in, mind you On the website it says closes at 8:00pm! And one employee asked the other are “we closed” and the other employee didn’t even look my way and turned her back and mumbled something and I asked again and she didn’t even turn but said “no we are closed” I worked in CR before and big rule is keeping the store open til 8pm! Honestly very rude and clearly not even the time the store officially closes? train your employees better!

I wanted to check out some window hardware, the manager was very helpful, Eddie, he also gave me more time since it was just about departure time for him, and I had to use the bathroom. Then the next manager Just, a women was also just as friendly, both in lending me a plastic bag and giving me time to explain what I was thinking twice.The Charlotte Russe, items and displays are important to the store overall impressions to the outside world. I am aware of the important to improve the look on the inside and that is the reason for my visit.One good thing is that quality store looking glass and floors is on everyone's mind, everyone loves clean windows.
