OMG!!!! Here we are again! If I had the time to drive back and toss this at the butcher I totally would. Another trip for carne asada. And get the same issue. All this extra nasty fat and film I need to remove and toss out. There goes 1/2 pound of money in the garbage.

Best customer service in the meat department Jose M he's really helpful .By far the best meat and fresh .
