I love Crumbl and cookies are reasonably priced. I placed my first online order for pick up early morning so I can pick up after work (6pm). I got there and they told me 1 of the cookies I selected was sold out. I assumed since I placed an online order my selection would be reserved? What is the point of placing online orders if we can't even get the cookies we're selecting? She also mentioned it's first come first serve. Makes sense if I had just walked in. The 2 semi sweet chocolate chip cookies I got also looked like the regular chocolate chip so I didn't even enjoy them. The last time I got the. They looked like the photos advertised.
