How much slower can a drivethru be? if they send a text or call you that a prescription is ready for pickup, you would think that when you get to the window you just give your details, they gets your prescription/s, pay & you drive off, 2 minutes tops, but I've seen cars take 10-15 minutes. They either need to work on a new system or the cars that are taking longer need to be assistant inside. Also need a louder speaker, Florence traffic is pretty loud.

This store is terrible with their online order pickups, I had to call the store to see what was going on with my order because it was taking forever, The Lady on the phone had an attitude and they told me they didn't have it. They didn't even know how to cancel my order, are you serious?!

This is the worst pharmacy.. You can't reach anyone. They make tons of mistakes. They lie. Customer service is ver poor. They told me my prescriptions are back ordered, and they will call me. We kept calling and asking for two months. First they hadn't requested it. Then they received it but ran out again without letting me know despite me contacting them over and over. Been dealing with them for years but finally got fed up and now I go to Walgreens

The actual WORST service. Currently on a call just to refill a prescription and STILL on hold. Going on almost 20 mins. How are they still open?! Why did I have anything sent here?

There's a bitch In the pharmacy that was so rude and impolite with her ugly lashes extensions on, I have come earlier to check in and then she was kind of racist and said she have a appointment at that time but there is NO ONE in her room.....

I've come to this CVS multiple times, I think the employees are normally doing their best. Today I went though and I needed to write a review because hopefully one of them will read it and implement a new structure when the lines are long. There was a person who left being charged and I walked over to the lady at the register. She said she "couldn't" charge me because he needed to go get an item. I told her that maybe she could cancel out his order and recharge the candy and two eye drops he was going to purchase lol! She said no, so I went back in line. Someone charged me eventually a minute or two after. But she called someone after me. POINT BEING YOU COULD CANCEL HIS CHARGE. Bad customer service, and she lies. She is normally nice, but today she wasn't. And I noticed!

This one star is just because the store happened to be staffed. It was about four people working from what I saw without counting the security guard. Aside from ringing people up and walking over to open things for customers that were dinging for their needs. Staff was nothing above average. The review is based on your printing system. Spent 45 minutes plus trying to print something out to add the end of the day not be able to get what I need because the system was not working or uploading as fast as it should. The whole time I spent on the machine was close to 30 minutes. Nobody offered to see how they can help. They instead continued with their side conversations while they waited for customers or dings. The only answer I kept getting was once the screen populates the order we will print for you and it can take up to an hour. That's ridiculous, signs should be up if the service isn't working or takes a certain amount of time to populate. And for the lady that was assisting me, my apologies if I came off as rude or intimidating, it was never my intention, but with the situation at hand similar to this, the attitude should be more welcoming, and willing to help not just stand there and make a face at me like you do not know what is going on, there's a reason why you work here, to assist and be knowledgeable, please get better. I'm still confused as to why two employees kept looking in the finished order envelopes box when I clearly stated the job was input minutes before and the receipt also had a time stamp, very smart on their behalf. As if the machine was printing "documents" as they called them, into the box at that attempt to check in that box by multiple employees I realized the competence and decided to leave, this is just pretty much an oversized 711.

Horrible service. The care clinic isn't listed on yelp or the pharmacy. But no one was eager to help me. I came late for my travel vaccine and I am at the kiosk trying to check in successfully. I ask a nurse that is there how to complete it because it's not going to the next screen and her reply was 'i don't know'. Then she asks me when my appointment was and I let her know I. And she replies 'well that's probably why' and smirks and goes back into the room. Useless. I won't be back to this location.

After 12 years of mediocre service I am officially never visiting this location or any CVS again. The woman giving vaccines and booster shots is not only rude, she's misinformed and ignorant. And this is clearly a branch wide problem as the Minute Clinic nurse practitioner who introduced herself as such (impressive?) and as being far too busy to a) take the extensive time required to give my daughter a booster shot or b) give us some idea about how long the wait in the 100% EMPTY clinic might be, is somehow also unaware the children can receive the Moderna booster. Both of these women took pains to inform me that she would need the Pfizer vaccine which is simply not true. Had they asked any questions at all or bothered to look at her proffered vaccination card clearly showing two doses of Moderna, or actually listened to the word "booster" that I uttered no fewer than 5 times, they would have been able to at least appear to be knowledgable, caring professionals. CCS Florence: Your pharmacist is rude and lacks even the most rudimentary social or customer service skills. Your nurse practitioner is a word I won't type here, also rude, unable to think critically, a poor listener, and DANGEROUSLY ignorant of which vaccinations are available for which age groups. My favorite part was when some lightbulb must have gone off and she declared regarding my daughter, "Oh she can have Moderna!", um yeah I know. That's why I just asked for it. We spend hundreds of dollars at this location but will never be back and we're switching all of our prescriptions to a different, non CVS pharmacy.
