Horrible service! My truck came out all scratched from there wash and they did not want to own up to there fuck up! Ruined my paint job on my new truck! The value is trash will never go here again. They did not bother even try to work things out. Their true customer service is bad I would not be having any family member go back!!

So I was there about 3 weeks ago, my car was pretty dirty, They did a horrible job with the vacuuming and even Crappier job Of washing my car. My car came out,it was still dirty. I was pretty disappointed. I spent fifty dollars on the car wash Plus ten dollar tip. I used to go to this place a lot. Not no more.

So weird. Every time I get my car washed they leave it in the sun without drying it for at least 5 minutes. I don't get it. I came one more time to see if they do it again. Yup. I won't be back. I go home with water spots. For $30. Not worth it:

For $50 they call the works... not the best value. It should be called the worse instead. The car was still dusty, they left spots on the seats, not evenly wiped off and also not able to take off the water spots in the bottle holder. I wiped it off and it came off. The back wasnt vacuumed and they took one of my car mats. Just disappointing.

I have an SUV; I feel prices are good. There attention to detail is not the best. I've had to look through my vehicle to ensure they passed the vacuum everywhere and have had to tell them to wipe down certain things on the exterior. For a quick inexpensive wash I recommend this place. If you are looking for quality and detail maybe not so much. I've paid for there expensive wash (not detail) and even then it was not the best.

I was so disappointed with this place! The first couple times the car was very clean, but this time I am so disappointed. Car wasn't even vacuumed, my back windows were dirty and I asked for vanilla spray, and I don't know what they sprayed in my car! I had to tell them to vacuum my car, and the gentleman was nice enough to tell me, my back windows were dirty. I will not be coming back to this place again! And $30 for car wash and I shouldn't have to tell them to clean my car.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied . First time to visit this car wash but not coming back again. Their service is not worth the price, I paid $32.99 plus tip but what they did Is just a quick wash and quick hand dry. I just wasted my time and money coming in this place. My wife had to re do it again.

First time there are all I have to say is that it took them less than 20 minutes to wash the car. The results, devastating. Water drops everywhere, I had to ask for a microfiber in order for me to do it myself. 30 dollars for what?! Will no longer return and this review is just to save people the time and money.

Have been coming to Wash my 5 cars for a long time. The cashier is very pleasant.Carlos always takes care and makes sure cars are done excellent.Was a disappointment to find out that when it rains, you get exterior only that doesn't include armor all on tires. I always get the diamond on all my cars. This was the first time I used the rainy day guarantee.I washed my truck and rian the next day. It's not ok to pay $35 plus $5 tip and not get armoral on my tires.especially when paying for the service 24 hours ago.Carlos was corteus to take care of it but was worried about getting in trouble.If you are not going to include it as an exterior rainy day. You need to post it on your board.I will continue to wash my cars here, just need to make sure you post your rainy day rules clearly.ThanksJimmy

09/23/23 Saturday 8am car washers stole a Toyota light sticker light from underneath the 2022 Tacoma 4WD Truck. Thieves.10/14/23 Received a response from downey hand car wash explaining they have cameras. They also asked me for the date time their staff stole my Toyota light emblem. Well I already put the date and time they stole from me in my original claim. What a joke

Wash my truck there and notice that they didn't wash the top of my truck called and spoke to Ameed and he offered me a re wash and I had my truck washed again for free and this time it looked perfect. Great service

I usually get my car washed by a man that comes into my job, but since I didn't see him this Friday I decided to give Downey Hand Car Wash a try. The prices are reasonable for being a hand car wash. I chose the 2nd tier which is $32.99. As soon as I stepped into my car I noticed the dog hairs on the passenger seat had not been fully vacuumed. I didn't think much of it since this is more of an assembly like style job and the person who does the car drying does not have a vacuum. After further inspection when getting home, I noticed a long scratch along the passenger side door. I tried to removed it with a wet cloth but had no luck. There are other areas which don't look clean, pictured. I will not be returning to this establishment.

The car was fairly dirty as I'd driven through a work zone during rain but when I got home there was extra cleaning to do as the back of the car was still quite dirty, around the license plate and inside the back lift door required cleaning. The bumpers and wheel trim in back were also smeared and needed addition work. I got the cheapest wash which was still $29+ so no tire treatment.

OMG $30 for Basic Wash what a ripoff. I get a better car wash at Costco for $7.99 There was still Dust all on my Dashboard. They didn’t even wipe it down???Fool one once Shame on you . Never Again

This place is great!! They are fast and do a great job. The stag is very welcoming and friendly. Carlos always friendly and follows up to see haw my visit went. If you need you car washed and your in Downey, I recommend this place!!
