Bought my Elantra here in 2020 and have been coming back for service ever since. Everyone is always so nice and makes sure I know what's going on at all times. Marlen helped me out today, she was wonderful. Definitely recommend!

My vehicle purchase experience was very streamlined and pleasant. I was in and out of the dealership within 1 hr and 15 minutes. From my salesman Jordan Khwaldeh to the finance department, everything went smoothly. They listened to my concerns and were able to accommodate my needs by finding me a great used vehicle at a price that was below. I recommend this business and would have no problem buying from them again.

this garage is not serious. They are scammers who take advantage of your lack of mechanical knowledge to sell you cars that only have problems. They also take advantage of this to sell you very expensive guarantees which are of no use to you. When you try to contact them again, they don't answer you or they say they will call you back but that's not the case. They are crooks who prey on honest and kind people. Don't trust them and move on! They will go burn in hell with their paper mache car!!!! They deserve 0 stars. I would even put -10.

As a customer, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service department of Downey Hyundai. I arrived at the service department in June 2023 for a major repair on my recalled engine. However, 4 months later, the repairs were completed. On the day of my pick up the service department had not even washed my vehicle after it had been sitting there for months the interior was not any better full of dust everywhere. Is this how you treat your customers?To make matters worse, when I went to pick up my vehicle, I discovered that the service department had not filled the gas tank and left me completely empty. This is unacceptable. I should not have to put up with such a lack of customer service.I understand that the vehicle had to be in the shop for a long time, but the service department should still have provided me with a courtesy car wash and filled the gas tank. I was not informed that these services would not be provided, so I feel misled and taken advantage of.I expect better customer service from a reputable service department, and I will not be returning to Downey Hyundai in the future. I hope that the service department can provide me with a satisfactory solution to this problem. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Awesome experience. We got a family car over the weekend and we love it. Had not shop for a car over 10 years. The salesperson Jordan had great knowledge about the cars and helped us out tremendously. Jordan did his best to accommodate our needs in choosing the right car. He even checked on us to see how we liked the car. Sunny the floor manager worked with us too.

I bought a used car from this dealership and they were very helpful in working with me through the process (Thanks Diana L and George N). In a 5 minute phone call we were able to negotiate and arrive at a fair price. I do not live near the dealership so I needed them to assist me remotely. They sent me pictures and live video to satisfy me that the car I wanted was in the condition I expected. I needed them to process all the paperwork and payments remotely and they were able to to that for me. They also worked with a transport company to have the car delivered right to my house. We are very happy with our car purchase and would consider them in the future for another car. Thanks guys.

It a Friday. Brought my car in at 12:35 with 1:00pm appointment time. After checking in they said oil change and the recall software update would take 3 hours. 3:00pm, they said it would still be another 1/2 hour. 4:00pm finally a text saying car is ready. 4:26 pm. Car finally is delivered.

In my experience with individuals in the finance sector, I've encountered some who exhibit a tendency to embellish the value of their offerings, making it seem as though you're getting a great deal when more affordable options are available. This has left me with a rather unfavorable impression, as it seems that their approach to business lacks transparency and genuine concern for their customers.Horrible experience! Do not buy from the dealership they're going to rip you off 100% they will also add $6000 of accessories for no reason on top of the Marco be already do on the car!

Went to this dealership thinking it would be better than the snakes at the Mission Hills location. They told me I needed a new manifold and catalytic converter, among other things, and this would get rid of that check engine light. Of course, the warranty is expired, and regardless that this car has been back and forth to the dealer since I got it, there's nothing they could do. It was going to cost a little over $3,000. So I took the car to a mom and pop muffler shop where he sawed the converter off right in front of me and showed me there was NO CLOG, welded it back on and referred me to a guy he knew. I went to that guy, he rest the sensor because he couldn't find anything wrong with the car either and all of this was free of charge. Basically, don't go to any of these dealerships, they lie for money.

I brought my 2021 for 3 recall maintenance and another minor issue with my check engine light coming on.They were able to fix 1 seatbelt recall and the others COULD NOT until they schedule a special technician to come in which takes up to 1 month). Kept my car for 8 days while I paid for a rental when the service manager Richard ensured my labor part would arrive on day 6 but paperwork stated my part would be released to them on 10/28 but Richard kept that a secret and didn't even inform me of this date at all. I had to find out once I looked at my paperwork picking up my car. No complementary ride was given the day I left my vehicle I had to request an Uber back home with my 2 month old, because Richard said they no longer do that because of COVID.He failed to contact me the whole week I had to call everyday to get a status and ask what's going on with my car but he rarely answered the phone I always spoke with someone named Jules always transferring the line oh and placing me on hold then hangs up. I decided to pull my car from service from here!The day I picked up my car, it was super dirty&dusty no complementary wash was given and I called early morning to inform Richard I was coming to pick it up later that evening and he said he'd have everything ready for me but failed once I arrived he wasn't even there (4pm) When I mention it, the service guys said "oh I can take it to the back to get washed if you want but it's going to be a while", after I was already there for over an hour picking up my vehicle. I can literally continue with how unprofessional these guys were and girls inside. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here an experience what I did. When I spoke to a higher up manager Angel he didn't apologize for the inconvenience of his staff attitude, lack of communication, work ethic in general for any of the unfortunate circumstances. He said he was only there 2 days so far and didn't want any problems..Lol whatever that meant. MAJOR THUMBS DOWN and DISAPPOINTED.

Typical frustrating Dealership Service experience and why I don't come here unless I HAVE to.I made an appointment a month and a half ago for the recall fixes on my car. They told me it might take a day or two to do so would I need a loaner car? I said yes. Which is part of the reason we set the appointment up so far out so they could ensure I had that.When I showed up for my appointment they seemed to not know that detail and took 4 hours to get one for me making me late for and miss another appointment.The next morning I got a text that my car was ready at 8:30am. I got there at 10am, and still didn't leave till a little after noon.As I'm pulling into my driveway, I'm really hearing dragging under my car- they can't put undercover back on securely. I will note it was already broken, but clearly still possible if you organize the bolts properly. More broke off on the drive home.I handled it myself since I don't have another 8 hours of my week to spare to have them move a screw.I had ordered a new under cover and well see how long it takes to get it. But rest assured I plan to install it myself.
