Poor, non existent service. Never got a call back with product i ordered. Employee that took request at office seemed like he was bothered.

If I could give a 0 star I would!!Dropped off some shirts to get a logo printed for my employees spoke to an employee or owner not sure and 2 weeks go by I called to follow up they had no idea who I was they don’t even know who helped me apparently they forgot about my order never sent me my sample just wasted my time. Why are you even operating a business if you’re not going to provide a service? Now I have to look for another company and wait another 2 weeks.

Went in asked if they do business cards. Yes they do. Asked me to send them the artwork via email & they'd call within 1hr. Sent the artwork while still there & left. No call. Called back the next day in the evening. They said I can call back the following day since they were about to close. I called the next day & no answer. Waste of time. I do NOT recommend.

I work for WHEELPROS in Buena park, my job here at WHEELPROS is great my title is Safety Specialists so you can imagine we use signs for everything fire extinguisher ,caution employees loading to even basic stop sign ect . We have an account with u line they are high price and their customers service isthe team at Downey sign are so helpful and friendly it made my job so much easier especially having Javier came down to WHEELPROS To make sure it was the sign size go figure the property manager do have a sign that similar but Javier point out they were wrong size on the font and the Penal code so didn't have a A for Automotive. I almost for got to say they beat U LINE price by 400 dollars and the sign is personalized Thank you Downey sign and America sign are the best in the game.

My banner came out great , super fast and just what I was looking for the guy here is super nice and loves what he does don’t look any further to get your banners/signs made I will def recommend this place !! Thank you

This shop strung me along all day continuing to tell me they would call back and never did. I missed my opportunity to get the print made. Go to another sign shop, this place is unreliable.
