A great shoe store. Different styles of shoes for everyone. I came in for a pair of dress shoes for a wedding. I ordered mine online and picked it up in store, since I was planning on buying my nephew a pair. Came in and looked for his dress shoes and we found a good pair in the clearance section, I was happily surprised to get half of the shoes. I purchased his, picked mine up, tried mine on, and was good to go. I would suggest coming in or purchasing online.

Terrible experience!!! A lady that looks hispanic but said it's Asían ,her name is Lilly has the worst service for customers, very rude and can't answer any questions, I even asked her for bags and said there was no bags, what kind of place is this that you have to leave with all the boxes on top of your head! Do not come here.!

Employees are excellent 10/10 DSW the company is absolute garbage not user/customer friendly at all... I come in to the store to buy 2 pairs of shoes with a gift card. I'm told I can only use the gift card if I order the shoes online, so I do that but I cannot pick up the shoes right away even though they are right there in the store. I get an email saying the shoes are ready I return the next day and the very nice employee tells me that only 1 pair of shoes is ready even though the other pair is right there in the store ready to go. Now I have to return at a different day when the other pair is "ready" even though they are right there in front of me at the store... absolutely horrible company I have to drive 3 time to the store to get shoes that were in stock ready the first time... I will never buy form this company again really just a horrible inconvenience, waste of time and gas. Hopefully someone will read this and I can save you the trouble

Worst customer service ever!!! I stood for 30 minutes waiting to catch someones attention but employees were all to themselves busy chatting....so I approached one of them to request a size on a shoe and with an attitude she replied'well I need the box' She made me go back to get the box and once I did she looked it up and she kept clicking on the screen and looked up at me and said when I click on the size it's not letting me....so I replied that means you don't have that size? And she knots...well damn why don't you just tell me that!! How am I supposed to know....never ever going back to this place

Disappointed, used to have some of my favorite higher end brands heels sadly they no longer carry these brands. Will be go bk to Nordstroms.

I forgot that DSW accepts shoe donations, so today I made a donation of several pairs of shoes. How it works is that for every pair of shoes 50 points are added to your account, and when you achieve points you may use the points when you make a purchase. The store is well stocked and organized staff is also nice. There's so many cute shoes to choose from, I will definitely return very soon.....

Received a coupon on the mail for $30off $50 or more purchase. I drove 45 minutes to this location and found some shoes I liked. When I arrived to the register I was told that my coupon would not be honored because of the brand of shoe I chose. Nowhere on the coupon does it say certain brands are excluded. I wasted my time and gas for nothing! Horrible useless incompetent employees and customer service!

I went on a Friday, and got to the door around 7:10. Their closing times in google and yelp both say 8 for Fridays. The google times say updated 4 weeks ago, so they aren't even that old. There was also a lady at the door telling everyone the store is closed. Definitely need to update times, because they lost many potential sales, as there were many other people told the store is closed at the same time as me.
