Do not believe all the good reviews you see on here. My wife was disrespected here for calling to inquire about some shoes for our daughter. All she wanted to know was the ETA for the shoes she wanted to order, but the lady that picked up the phone was extremely disrespectful right from the start. Then after the phone call ended the owner called back which was a guy and answered the phone by saying WHAT DO YOU WANT!!?
Either these people were having going through a menopause stunt or something but they were on a good one!
AnywYs don't come here find elsewhere

Never had I ever felt as disrespected as I did. I was very very happy with this store until today! I for whatever reason have always dealt with Tim the young guy at the front. But today that I called to make an inquiry on a shoe my daughter needed, I was disrespected by the owner for asking questions. Unfortunately the person who picked up the phone had a horrible attitude and because I asked if that was how they spoke to there customers both the lady and the guy flipped. I was a great customer but unfortunately I won't be bringing them my buissness any longer. I understand that being frustrated accures but the way they spoke literally screaming is not a way to speak to someone.

Great service and charming couple , went with my dad to buy a pair of shoes and found them right off the bat very knowledgeable owners, and very interesting to speak to when you do you, appreciate America even more?? I’m a dude but I think they have some fairly stylish shoes especially a bigger selection for women for orthopedic type style shoes and do not look like look like a pharmacy ugly pharmacy orthopedic shoes.

Came here from a podiatrist recommendation. Noticed a wide selection of shoes, even non slip options for some of my industry people. Tim was very nice and helpful, gave excellent recommendations as well. Glad this place is nearby me as well!

Great customer service, charming couple that owns it. Went there for my dad to find some shoes and found them immediately. I'm a dude but it looks like they have a very good selection for women also, cute shoes, non-pharmacy, orthopedic looking. If you want a little fun conversation to appreciate America more, you will after you speak to the owner.

I went into the store immediately after my podiatrist appt and Tim happily helped me with all my questions for 30 minutes While I decided what was best..He fit me up in the correct shoes and insoles so I could feel the comfort..Tim truly cares for his customers..

I've been suffering pain and most shoes don't work for me so I found this place online, went in not expecting much since nothing but one particular new balance shoe works for me, the owners appear to be a couple who were very helpful and I ended up getting a good shoe and some good arch supports that are not easy to find for a good price, so far I've worn them for 2 weeks and they are very comfortable shoes. Will definitely return for sure
