I had a reservation set up with enterprise through my dealer. I called this location to confirm a car was ready and my reservation was in the system. I was told the reservation was set up for another location. so before switching, I confirmed they had an available car for me. They said yes. I asked if I needed a ride. I said maybe so I confirmed my address of pick up, they said I was within the 2 miles and a pick up could be arranged. So I changed the reservation to their location. I called back to set up a pick up time. Once again confirmed my pick up location. They said they would set up a pick up it would just take time. I agreed as long as i had the car before 2pm. Over an hour went by I called again. This time I was told a pick up would not be done because I was out of the pickup area. At this point it is the set pick up time and now they are telling me I am not within the area when at least twice I confirmed I was. I spoke to the manager and they did nothing to help. It was not my fault. I was clear on my address and when I needed the car by. So from 9 am to 1:30 pm and several calla confirming everything I was left with “ we can transfer you to the one who picks up your area”.l 30 min before I had to have the car and be on my way to work. This manager did not even try to help me. The other location did not have a car available to even help me out. I was left without a car for another day. I expressed my disappointment and the manager showed no sign of care.

Corey Mitchell was very helpful and provided great service. You can’t find great customer service no days, however Corey has exceptional customer service. I will be a regular when I come into town to visit my daughter and I will refer him to my family and friends. Thank you, Corey, keep up the great work.

I rented a small SUV at this location for a couple of days out of town trip. Oscar T was helpful in giving me different options for my rental. Returning the vehicle was hassle free, Maria assisted me. I would highly recommend this location for their friendly customer service and professional attitude. Thanks

Manager Marie dismissive about car conditions unsafe- sent my daughter to cashier to ask for a stick to poke at gas leverage & also suggested she poke at leverage with the key. She Left my daughter stranded In La Cresenta with special needs child.From my daughter owning and driving a Honda Civic Sports 2022 in the body shop- we are a Mercury Direct Referral-She was downgraded to an UNSAFE a dysfunctional high risk car with a taped leverage- NISSAN- see Pictures in YELP review.UnbearableThis is how clients are treated- Down graded-This location wasn’t like this- seems new management disgraced the location.I had to resolve this during my job and call Glendale Enterprise, Corporate and email CEO Christine.I made numerous calls and rushed to get my daughter placed into another car as she would make it back home with fuel and evening was approaching, the anxiety and distress was horrible.Yet Marie stopped answering the Phoneline.Glendale Enterprise Foothill Felipe Ferreira was a gentleman and so sensitive to getting this resolved. Thank you FelipeThis is a complete shame for the monies being paid for a rental we should get a decent working car! UNSAFE- Dangerous completely horrific

From our car being in body shop- my daughter owning & driving a 2022 Honda Sport Civic and down graded to a Damaged dysfunctional vehicle where the gas leverage is taped damaged and Nissan can NOT be refueled. Who does this to their Mercury Referral clients? Complete Trash for service UNSAFE- Dangerous completely horrific. Unbearable zero stars! Thumbs DOWN-

Worst experience EVER. If you want a trustworthy vehicle DO NOT COME HERE. This location should get shut down for the little amount of stars they DO have. MY VEHICLE WAS NOT INSPECTED PROPERLY. My gas tank did not open to put gas. When I called the location the lady asked if I was pulling the correct lever--at this point I was pulling the string since the lever had tape. She asked me to stick a key or ask the gas station for a wooden stick to pop it open. Proceeded to ask me to go to their location when I was an hour away AT WORK or gave me the option to get towed. HORRIBLE RIDICULOUS SERVICE AND VEHICLES!!!! I don't need an enterprise employee commenting to contact

The worse enterprise location ever. Front desk is very unprofessional and rude. I spoke to a Maria and she was rude. They over charged me and had to call back to get a refund. They also gave me a car with LOW BATTERY. The car turned off on me had to call my insurance to get a jumpstart. Never again. Please hire new professional staff. This is ridiculous.

Worst Enterprise of all times Discourteous extremely unkind The manager lacks consideration for her clients. The staff have also followed her steps and won't even try to help you or look up past rental history to confirm what you are explaining to them. They all act entitled and believe that the world owes them something. Please Enterprise help this branch Enterprise is magnificent, but get please help this branch.
