In this branch if you don't own an account and you are simply making a deposit you are not considered a customer. The Manager was clear on that. Very discriminatory and horrendous customer service!

This is the best bank I have ever used. Our parish and school banked with B of A for many years, but with the impersonal treatment we got there we gladly switched to Farmers and Merchants Bank. I am very happy with their service with my personal account and the availability of the staff for any banking needs. I also like that they watch our accounts professionally for any irregularities and notify us if they suspect anything is wrong. They are looking out for their customers!

We moved from South Bay to Downtown LA and this is the nearest F&M to our new location. The manager was very courteous and very attentive to clients/customers. He informed us that someone will be right with us (and we can see that they were really busy at that time). He made us seat/wait and update us on every delays. The lady who helped us (sorry I forgot her name but it starts with "J" ) was very efficient and patient with corrections. HS

I've never felt intimidated by any bank until today. Felt like I was on trial for having some type of money. I created the account and made the deposit and seems as if they waited for me to deposit to start asking a handful of questions of where the money came from. If you have money saved up and want to store away at a bank I would not recommend this bank

They have been nothing but wonderful. Excellent communication and attitude. So helpful. They've gone above and beyond. Carlos Nunez has been particularly helpful. I never knew how wonderful a community bank could be.

We moved our Parish and School accounts to F & M because of their personal service. Our former bank didn't even know who we were, though we'd been banking there since 1957. Farmers and Merchants employees are friendly, know what they are doing and treat you with a dignified respect that makes you like going into the bank. I highly recommend this bank!!

Horrible customer service. Tried talking to several employees regarding my issue and was told that they will call me back on 3 different occasions with 3 different employees to solve the issue. They never called me back and didn’t make an effort to solve my problem. I expected better from them.

By far the best bank ever. John and Lorenza know how to run a bank. They literally Tailor to all its clients. Not to mention staff very professional and they are beyond a safe bank. I have personal and business accounts here and they treat me and all customers very good. Definitely recommend banking with them over any other bank
