Worst Customer Service ever this is my second time coming to this location and it is bad. They had me call the one 800 number for CUSTOMER SERVICE on the phone. They’re just as bad UPS is what I’ll be using From from now on.

FedEx Ship Center in Downey is the best!
All the staff are very nice and sincerely helpful. Sandra at the packing area helped me ship a box. She took care of the packing and clearly explained all the shipping options. I highly recommend this location!

My first time at Fedex . It was a line and the ladies behind the counted were hustling and very polite. An aditional lady Alaine came from the back to help the line. I needed to fax some papers and Alaina was sooo attentive. I was in pain and she helped me all the way through. Went above and beyond expectations. I was very impressed with the service overall.

I have been trying to speak to someone today about a service and I press #8 as indicated and I get hung up. It's sad that a business does not do something to either fix issue with system or see report to see how many calls were hung up on purpose because that is lost business.
I have to go somewhere else.

I attempted to Scan and Email documents, it took 30 minutes, and it went poorly. I asked for help and the employee ghosted me.
First of all, the scanner doesn’t scan the proper size of the page. So the scans are bad.
Secondly, all available options for anything other than USB did not work. There were errors every time I signed into a service.
Thirdly, the employee clearly knew that anything other than USB didn’t work, but she didn’t say. I asked for her help and she left.
Fourthly, they charge first, scan second. I had to put in 35 dollars for something that should arguably be a dollar. They refunded me but it’s annoying.

Went to this fed ex last week needing to return a pair of boots and my galaxy buds trade ins. I had no boxes for them because I threw both of them away. I was greeted by Susan and she got me both boxes, the labels that I needed and shipped the boxes out. I couldn't believe it was that easy because I wasn't sure the employees would want to help. Susan took care of everything for me she was great. While I was waiting another gentleman offered to help me but Susan was on it. I was skeptical coming here because of reviews but my girlfriend said the people here were really nice and hey she was right. Would definitely recommend this location.

The service is terrible. Two workers here just taking their sweet time weighing packages and chatting about Netflix shows while there’s a line of people waiting. Then the computers and scanner wasn’t working. It was just a bad service overall. I waited 45-50 minutes just to pick up two packages. Not worth sending my purchases here. I rather take my chance and have stuff ship to my house. So ridiculous

I dislike shipping things because I am unfamiliar with the process, so it was nice that I got help from Jasmine today. Jasmine was courteous and straightforward, and she was patient because she answered all my questions. Would def go back to this place.
