Store#1024 Location JDYKWonderful customer service, especially Marcos and Christian. They both are very professional and kind. I can tell they take pride in what they do. They went above and beyond to deliver the final product. The detail and effort they put in printimg and creating a booklet for me went far beyond my expectation. I am very happy with my booklet. They really made my day. Thank you FedEx staff, Marcos, and Christian.

Staff is rude and not very helpful. One of the employees walked away from me instead of helping me. Instead I went next door to UPS, they were able to help me and I was out in less than 5 minutes.

From the minute I called describing my confusion as I tried to place an online order Rita was polite, open, and in full understanding of what my question/concern was. With no hesitation and with a phenomenal attitude she advised me to go in store for further assistance. She greeted me and as soon as I reflected on my phone call from earlier she remembered! Pulled all the stops of accommodation and consideration. Even how she communicated with fellow employees showed her awesome self. We need more Rita’s! Thank you!

The staff made it easy to print and suggest options for what I wanted. I wanted to do it online but decided to get help with the FedEx staff. They were very helpful and nice.

My experience at this location was excellent. I visited to make a color copy, but I was uncertain about how to adjust the printer settings. The associate who assisted me (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) was patient and helpful, without any hint of condescension. I really appreciate that kind of attitude when I'm trying to navigate a new system.In addition, the store was clean, well-organized, and the staff was consistently helpful.

Worst experience at a FedEx location. They don't seem to care as I can tell from their reviews. Elaine need to be taught how to treat customers! She rude, disrespectful and argumentative. Her lead had to go tell her to take a break. She would stop talking. I know it's hard to find good people to work these days... but wow! I would rather wait an extra 10-15 mins than to deal with this person! Needs to be retrained to let go to work in a warehouse where she doesn't deal with paying customers!

My good friend who lives in IL left something in CA while visiting back in May. My wife and I went to FedEx the other day to return it, and we were helped by MJ. MJ explained everything we needed to know in detail and I found him incredibly patient and supportive. We appreciate this FedEx a lot!

My hispanic mother who can’t speak English came here to make 2 copies and they charged her $20!!! She called asking why she got charged the way she did and they did it to “test to see if she had money”. This place is either trying to steal from my mom or being racist.
