Within hours, my co-worker received her arrangement at her home. She texted me to tell me it was beautiful and so very appreciated. And to my surprise, Downey Chapel Florist sent me a photograph of the completed arrangement. Now THAT is excellent customer service! Thank you DCF!”
“Great personal service. Beautiful flowers. I ordered an angel for a friend’s mom’s funeral. They were very communicative the entire time. They also went the distance and delivered to Covina which was even further than their shop. Will definitely order from them again. They’re a busy small shop but they do give personal service.”
