My brother and I went to this place for the first time, and it's a real good shoe store.
The service was great. Two employees (I think their names were Josh and Joey) would ask if everything was alright and if we liked the shoes. They were super kind and super cool.
The variety was insane. The amount of styles, sizes, and colors of any and all shoe brands were incredible.
If I had one critique, it would be the pricing.
Other than that, I recommend you Foot Locker, the best shoe store in Downey.

Excellent customer service. Big selection in shoes. Edith went above and beyond to make sure we found the shoes we were looking for.

Deisy the manager. Need to train her staff. I went to exchange a shoe for a half size bigger. They told me no problem so the next day I came back to exchange it. Then they don't have the shoe size or able to order it. I was informed I can exchange it for any other model. So I went to get it drove all the way there for them to tell me I was miss informed. Bad customer service go to another shoe place instead. Wasted my time here. FYI didn't have receipt I told them all of this info the day before and said it was no problem. So train the staff better to not give correct info and if they make a mistake and have a manager that makes exception since I pointed out the employees that gave me the info.

They never pick up the phone. I tried calling for a reservation I won, just wanted some general info. I would be driving 2 hrs away. It just keeps ringing and eventually automated Footlocker VM.

This Foot locker is Cool.They have a lot of sneakers like Jordans,Nike,Adidas and a lot more.Its really big and roomy.This Foot locker also sells hats and shirts.The workers were nice and I recommend this place

Great customer service. Jaime M. Was patient as i asked many questions. Multiple people asked if I needed assistance... So the staff was attentive to customers.
