I bought about $400 online and when I went in to return $20 pants that didn’t fit my daughter, I was denied a return. Supposedly their return system was down. But yet other people there were making purchases. Customer service here sucks. I work in retail. You shouldn’t turn away customers. I would’ve probably spent a lot more than the $20 I was getting back. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This is probably 1 of the worse Forever 21 stores I’ve visited. If you wear anything passed a size Medium you’re out of lunch. The store is small and 90% of the clothes are for the middle schoolers. Don’t waste your time !

It’s troublesome to see a supervisor yelling at employees in front of customers. Her name is Sharon and to degrade employees in front of customers is not professional not to mention against labor laws. How can a person like this be allowed to run a store.

I wanted to see a jacket that was hanging up high, and I asked for help to see it, and the 2 teenagers there mind you I'm a 30 year old professional and they looked like teens had the audacity to ask "well are you going to buy it or not?" Lmao !! Well I was going to buy and did it buy it but what in the ..? Who even speaks to someone like that lol I found it more comical than anything else but I'm sure some else would have not found it so ridiculously funny like I did.

Just left this store and I had to immediately write a review. The employee on the register this afternoon gave my group of 3 the best customer service all 3 of us has experienced in a very long time. Her name is Jocelynn. Great conversation while checking us out and engaging with us. Usually everyone is so quiet and moody but not Jocelynn. She was extremely talkative and welcoming. What a great way to start off my day with good retail customer service. Kudos to Jocelynn. Thank you for being so friendly & kind.

This place has terrible customer service ..i have my forever credit card and honestly this is an alert for forever 21 today was a nightmare at this store in Downey I suffered a discrimination from a chubby lady she treated me horrible I don't know who she think she is because the only thing I saw on her was her big boobs maybe she think she was working in a cantina bar or something like that she look at me and my son horrible and talk to me like I was asking for a favor or something and I'm not I have money and I deserve a good customer service am very sad and angry and disappointed I come regularly at this store and now of course never ever
