Sherron Jacobs was very polite, informed, and diligent in helping me understand my options as a friend and not just pressing options on me as other companies. Definitely glad I chose them to do business. I would give them a try if you want a professional to search the best quotes and break them down to help you understand.

Go find Ernest Redmond from Freeway Insurance! I had the hardest time finding insurance I could afford. This company was able to adjust prices which allowed me to purchase my vehicle today!! Ernest made the whole process fast and easy, I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Thank you!!

Sherron was the best! I had spent literal hours on the phone being bounced back and forth (between my insurance company and freeway insurance), then was transferred a few times to a different person who would “be able to help” me… I spoke to maybe 7 people that day, last one being Sherron. Long story short, Sherron really went above and beyond to help me get an affordable policy. He answered all of my questions, gave me options, and was very knowledgeable over all. I will work with him directly if needed in the future.

Eddie at Freeway Insurance in Downey provided outstanding service. He stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour, even close to closing time, and made sure I had all my questions answered without ever rushing me. He was understanding, friendly, and extremely helpful the whole way through. His patience and professionalism really stood out—I highly recommend asking for Eddie if you need help with insurance.

Jennifer was so kind , helpful, and professional. She also got me a great rate. I had spent most of my day on the phone with insurance companies so she was a breath of fresh air and I’m always gonna remember how she treated me in such a different way than the other companies.
