Everyone at Giant RV were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful from Steve helping us to pick the right RV for us, working with us to order it to our specifications, and delivery. Casey was great with the financing. Everyone in the center were friendly, making the purchase a very positive experience.

Do not come here if you wanna purchase a trailer. They claim no hidden charges. But when it's time to sign the documents, they manage to find ways to up-charge. The hidden charges can easily add 12k onto purchase price. The staff there have no clue when showing how to use the trailer. They screwed me. So don't let them screw you. Greg from financing is a real piece of work.

When things go wrong, Giant RV stands by the products they sell! I wanted to flat tow and needed a towed vehicle braking system installed. Jesus at the parts department is very knowledgeable and expert at explaining the options. He recommended the RVI Shadow braking device that mounts under the hood rather than the RVI3 a shoebox size device that you carry to the driver side floorboard and attach to your brake pedal each time you want to tow your vehicle. The simplicity of the Shadow sounded great so I went for the system that also includes a "Command Center" that is a small tablet and hub (like a wifi router) that communicates with the Shadow in the towed vehicle. The first shadow was defective. The manufacturer RVI in Castle Rock Colorado rush shipped a new one and the second shadow works exactly as promised. Gilbert at the service department was always very friendly and excellent at coordinating my visits and they quickly installed the good Shadow braking system. Both Jesus and Gilbert went the extra mile to make sure we had a good braking system. I had a previous good experience with Jesus at the parts department when I needed to special order a new fresh water tank for a trailer. The manufacturer said 6 weeks to get the tank, but Giant RV had the tank in a week. That good experience make me think of Giant RV for this braking system. It's a great time to get work done on your RV. I highly recommend Giant RV Parts Sales & Service.

The sales rep was knowledgeable in all areas with regard to the inventory on his lot. "No" was not an answer, everything is possible at Giant RV. We reached their Finance department. There we had a more transparent experience and this is when things settled. Don't get me wrong, the consultant made all things right and we were at ease.. because I meN they need to get paid. On the day of pick-up we were again discouraged. You see, when we purchased the trailer the sales rep guaranteed the trailer would be ready by the day we wanted the trailer for (our annual family trip we had scheduled) and it was not ready. We waited all day and they went above and beyond. I could tell the departments were upset with one another but thats what happens when there is no communication. We left the lot late but we had our trailer. That day we met an awesome man who walked us through everything you need to know about the trailer in detail and this service was excellent. It was nice to see all faces involved in the transaction. The sales rep stopped by, the finance consultant, the parts personnel, and the inspection personnel. The inspection department identified that the awning came slightly damaged (worked but needed to be replaced) and said we should come back to have that replaced at no cost because it's under warranty, they would call us when it arrived to schedule an appointment for drop off. (Cool) When we received the call we were actually camping because I mean that's what you do when you have a trailer. In August, I called back and was transferred to Parts. Left a message. No call back. In November, called again and Parts mentioned the scheduler was gone for the day but would take down my message and I would get a call back. I asked him if he could please check for the part just to confirm that it was still there and he did and it was still there (Excellent)! No call back. I called back and was given an email for someone that might be able to help. No response and no call back. Two days ago, my husband gets someone on the phone in the Service department. She says the awning is going to be a cost out of pocket because her information shows we purchased a trailer that is no longer under warranty. Wrong, we purchased a 2024 model. Now we have to take time out of our schedules to get this sorted out, it's such a drag. She couldn't wait to get off the phone and just transferred my husband to the sales rep and he got his voicemail. They lack customer service and it's because of the lack of internal communication. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and disappointed with this outcome, thus far.

I normally don’t review RV dealership, but this store deserves it. Long story short. I went there today 03/11/23 for a walkthrough delivery of a Class B with a client of mine. I’m Register RV Tech and a Certified RV inspector. I’ve been in many different RV dealers in SoCal for inspections and walkthroughs. However, arriving at this location I noticed that something was different. I was greeted by the GM and his staff. He made sure everything was right before starting the delivery process. My point is, in my experience, not all dealers are welcome with was inspectiors, but the way Giant RV at Downey staff went above and beyond for the customer addressing everything in a professional manner says a lot about their integrity. Highly recommend them.

Huge props to Service Advisor Gilbert Nieves at Giant RV Downey who went out of his way to make sure a problem with the water heater in my RV got looked at (and ultimately resolved) on a Saturday. Gilbert was both very professional and personable. This man knows what customer service is about. Thanks Gil!

I took my 5th wheel, which I purchased at the end of February 2023, for some minor and maintenance repairs, and I was very impressed how the staff greeted me, and how attentive they were. Jeremy, Service Mgr. was helpful in reviewing the repair details, and Gilbert, Service rep. was cordial in making sure my concerns were addressed. In addition, I have developed good business relationships with the Sales Department. I even showed some sales trainees how I was going to hitch my 5th wheel to my truck under the direction of Julian, Sales Mgr. Thanks again!

I would not take a skate border there for repairs I'm still finding things they did wrong not to mention they had my unit 5 months when I got it back my new aux battery was dead and would hold a charge my generator wouldn't start my mdmi and USB ports don't work my wall sockets don't work screws left loose panels installed upside-down and all I took it in for was my backup camera stopped working and a leak. Beautiful large indoor show room, knowledgeable staff, and great inventory. Sales staff, while interested in making a sale, were supportive of my search process and my timing in making a decision. This was greatly appreciated. Will be back.

Giant responded immediately when I asked for the msrp sheet on an in stock rv. That was necessary because they did not publish it with the listing as all transparency committed dealers do. I hope their future listings will show the msrp build sheet.

Gilbert, Will and Lilly were absolutely AWESOME with the level of service they provided me! I had an issue occur just before my wife and I were to take off for a two week trio to Oregon and the Service Staff at Giant RV in Downey went above and beyond the call of duty to help expedite my issue. I did not have an appointment, however, they listened to my situation and moved with a high sense of urgency to get me on the road so that our plans weren't completely derailed. I want to Thank Gilbert, Will and Lily for their understanding and high sense of urgency to help me when I needed it. I would highly recommend this Team for any service issues that need to be taken care of in a very professional and exceptional level.

Called the service department to ask about a camper I purchased from them, and winterizing it. They didn’t even try to help or answer any questions, and instead referred me to the manufacturer. I don’t really understand why your service department wouldn’t try to actually answer any of my questions, let alone ask what my questions may be. They immediately shut me down and sent me elsewhere. So I recommend to anyone reading this, just go elsewhere. Maybe giant Rv should get a different service phone rep or something. So disappointing.
