Update: they told me to reach out and I did they didn't even apologize, don't think they care.
Came in and got the worst haircut ever with so many short layers and one side way longer than the other. So My son got his haircut a few weeks ago by a stylist whos name is Daisy and it came out perfect. But she doesn't work at this location anymore Or she works in Tustin? Idk but I settled for a different stylist named Patricia and she ruined my hair! I had a bob and I wanted half an inch or less off with light layers around the face to blend with my bangs and got the worst haircut I've ever had. It's so short I can't even put it in a ponytail. I look like a druggie! I told her I want it at my chin.
I'm pretty easy going but this is bad I'm wondering if it was done on purpose. I left her a very generous tip but my God. The next 4 months of my life is ruined. My wardrobe won't even help. I am a teacher and school starts. I am cancelling any summer gatherings because it's so bad. I look like a drug addict who had a melt down and cut it myself. I absolutely do not look like I went into a salon and got this done by a trained professional.
Pictures of before and after and then the inspo and a month later, still crazy to think these layers were done by a professional. There's no excuse for this crap! Something told me to leave but I didn't want to be rude so here I am paying for being polite. And my wardrobe is so nice- this ruins the look of everything. I want to stay home until it grows but can't. I may buy a wig but then I have to explain it.
So do not come here. She messed up my husband's a month ago which I understandable it's a mens cut. A bob is easy

Took my daughter here to cut her hair and it came out perfectly. We’re so happy with the results, will definitely be back when our little one needs a trim :)

It gets busy at times. My only suggestion is to sanitize the clippers, combs and scissors more often please?

I come here frequently, but never again. The lady was nice, but could not do a fade on my hair. I asked her to fix the first time, but nothing really changed. It looks uneven and not blended well.

First time i come here place looks great professional. They have a 9.99 hair cut promotion but not all Great clips participate. I wasnt able to use coupon but they gave me a $5 dollar discount. Which was great too. The stylist listened to how i wanted my sons hair cut at the end my son and i loved the haircut. Definitely will recommend this place. And will be coming back ….. thank you

Girl or employee was very rude! They would not except a coupon offered on-line! Not a good experience, so left the shop! No haircut, nothing, took my service to a better, more friendly barber shop! Never liked this great clips before too! Just reminded why I stopped going to this place!

Not going to mention any names but this lady didn't have the best attitude from the start. Give her simple instructions and she couldn't figure it out. Worse haircut ever.

I like coming here and the lobby itself is nice and clean. They have several chairs available to sit and wait for a bit while they are cutting other people‘s hair. The appointment process is pretty cool. You do it through the app almost always when I set up my appointment, I walk in my wait time is usually just a few seconds to a minute give or take. The stylists there are do an amazing job of cutting how I like it

Went to the Downey location to get my daughter a trim. One of the worst haircuts I’ve seen. I didn’t realize how bad it was until we left. My daughter’s hair was completely crooked. Complete waste of $21. I ended up fixing at home and did a way better job. Will not return to this location. (Been to the Lakewood location several times without any issue)

The most hit or miss place to get your haircut. It feels like every like 5th haircut is what you actually asked for and the ones leading up to it, the stylist just spaces out and ends up shaving your head regardless of what you asked for. I went in yesterday and asked for a 4 around the sides and a trim on the top and I got a 2 around the sides and like an inch and a half/two inches off the top. Most of the time you’re in the chair watching the stylist cutting and cutting, it just feels like they’re just cutting without thinking. The only times I actually get what I asked for it if it’s, I think her names Patricia, cutting your hair. Everyone else just feels like they don’t care and they’re just gonna keep cutting. If you can, ask for Patricia.
