Henry's Shoe Experience is a locally well-known establishment in Downey with a wonderful shoe collection. It is a great place to shop for name brand shoes, including top designer brands, at fantastic and dramatic prices, often 50% to 60% off compared to other stores. The store is nice, clean, well stocked, and organized with plenty of parking. The owners are lovely, and the customer attention is very familial, chill, and helpful. Staff are nice and always go above and beyond. Customers have been coming for years, some for over two or three decades, finding memorable, unique, and stare-inducing shoes. It is a favorite best-kept shopping secret that makes people happy and comes highly recommended.

Their customer service is top-tier. I ordered shoes from Instagram I was pleasantly surprised by the fast communication and ease of payment. Picked up in store and from the moment I arrived I felt genuinely welcomed. They have a ton of great deals in store. Highly recommend!
