I usually never have problems shopping, I tend to get the same items. I went in to this location for the first time and I was shocked . Diana the manager assisted me she seemed like she was too busy to help so when I asked for someone else’s help and also to speak to the manager I was surprised to find out Diana was the store manager. 1# Her vocabulary and disrespectful manner didn’t represent “manager” nor any time of leader. 2# She refused to pass on her superiors contact information 3# she snatched my items out of my hand .
I am a loyal H & M customer and will never return to this location because of the staff. Stay away from this location and go support the stores that are actually there to do their job and help.!

I'm not surprised to see that this location has terrible reviews . I shop at h&m very often for my husband and kids. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience while shopping at this location ! I was baffled when I found out the girl helping me was the manager. The manager Diana needs to go work at McDonald's with the type of attitude and service she gives. I use to work retail and from my experiences it just seemed like she hated her job , I hope she gets a secret shopper so her attitude towards customers changes. H & M - please hire educated people to lead your staff because it's a representation of your company and the staff I encountered at the Downey location are lacking good leadership.
