I usually never have problems shopping, I tend to get the same items. I went in to this location for the first time and I was shocked . Diana the manager assisted me she seemed like she was too busy to help so when I asked for someone else’s help and also to speak to the manager I was surprised to find out Diana was the store manager. 1# Her vocabulary and disrespectful manner didn’t represent “manager” nor any time of leader. 2# She refused to pass on her superiors contact information 3# she snatched my items out of my hand .I am a loyal H & M customer and will never return to this location because of the staff. Stay away from this location and go support the stores that are actually there to do their job and help.!

Had the worst experience here. I went in here to return a pair of slacks I had purchased 2 days prior. The young woman at the register started whispering to the cashier next to her so I asked if their was a problem. I had my receipt in hand and tags were still attached so not sure what that was about. She then proceeded to tell me that she couldn't process the return because the pants were too "wrinkled". That is absurd! the pants were never even taken out of the bag when I first purchased. I have never heard of such thing and will definitely never show my face in this location again. They need to do better.

Most Disrespectful staff ever cashier Lucio was in such a bad mood she was letting her anger out on customers i can’t believe H&M hires people like that! H&M you need to step it up and not hire ignorant childish people. The store its self is clean but your staff are ghetto And rude . after paying for my things Lucille literally just shoved my things to me and I said thank you and she just ignored me. Ewwww never going back to the ghetto H&M

I think this is the worst H&M I've been to. The workers got attitude and they have no idea how to do simple math or input things correctly. They were too lazy to input the item number in manually. The manager was so lazy he didn't even want to try another way to fix the pricing issue as well. But then comes I believe Dominick the tall gentleman with curly hair. The only kind enough employee to actually help and try to listen to what I was saying. Literally the kindest one that was so patient with me while the rest just got so annoyed for me telling them what they were doing could be fixed. Thank you Dominic you need to be store manager and teach the rest. Thank you for actually showing me true kindness

Terrible service I called asking for the item on the window display and the girl acted like I was killing her for going to check. She said they didn't have it but I knew they did because I seen it the day before,had to go up and drive there to get the item number to order online. Why work there if you're too damn lazy to do your job?!

I went to try on clothes and for the most part it was good and everyone was nice. Toward the end of my visit I got out the fitting room and I showed the worker the clothes I was not taking and she had told me something but I didn't really understand but she looked busy so I didn't ask again and I. just left the clothes on the counter and while I was leaving I could here her mumbling "I told u to leave it .... "I couldn't here the rest. and I was gonna be rude to her like she was but I didn't.

S*** CUSTOMER SERVICE! The lame girl in the fittings rooms named EMILY has a bird brain and laughs at customers that are trying to buy from their store. Diana the manager needs to get it together! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Wish I could give it zero stars. Horrible staff but what can be expected when the store manager Tonya is rude herself. I went in to return an online order, the whole ordeal took over 10 minutes. The employee was struggling on processing the return. It was a while before an employee that was standing a few steps back of him decided to assist him. Mind you that staff member was not doing anything at the time simply just standing there. I’m not sure if she was frustrated with her colleague but the manner in which she addressed me was uncalled for. When the manager came by the register I was left talking to myself because Tonya rolled her eyes and walked away. I will definitely not be stopping this location anymore.
