Employees are very courteous and patient. They answer all of your questions and aren't rude even though they are very young.THAT BEING SAID ordering online has been a bit of a mess. I know this isn't a review of their website but it does cause s lot of issues with in store returns, not to mention holding up the line. My most recent orders took forever to arrive to the point where I contacted customer service and they told me they were lost and would RESEND even though I didn't want them to.When the items finally arrived and I tried to return, some items could not be returned. Idk if I have already been refunded for those it's because I did not see a refund in my bank account for those particular items.Refunds also take about a week to process if you pay with credit card which is really annoying. I felt really bad for the employee that helped me today because he was really confused (so was I) so I just left with the items he couldn't return so I wouldn't hold up the line.

The jeans were on sale for $25 that was great....I do all my shopping from Hollister online however I'm glad that I stopped by the store in person. I love the way their jeans fit on my daughter

Today was the first time I entered this particular Hollister and it will be my last. I came in to exchange a pair of jeans I purchased a little over a month ago. I have not been able to return sooner as I was out of the country for my honeymoon. I wasn't even expecting my money back because of the time frame, but I was hoping to trade it for a bigger size. The gentleman who initially attended me was very sweet and helpful but he was not able to pull up the bar code so he sent me to the front where the manager took over. From the gate she approached me bothered or annoyed as the cashier in the front was not available. She was very short, dry and dismissive. She told me I could look for an item to match my store credit. I came across the same pair of pants and approached her a second time to see if I was able to just exchange it for a bigger size and again with a very defensive tone she started with.. "first of all you purchased this over a month ago, if you want it you have to pay the difference, etc." My argument was that the jeans were exactly the same and I should at-least get to to exchange it. I let it go, ended up getting a random item for the price of what I paid. Once again she took care of me at checkout and never once exchanged a word or apologized for not being able to work with me. As a courtesy a polite "sorry I couldn't help you out" would have been appreciated. Over all poor customer service.

horrible customer service, manager has no control over associates. we have been waiting over 45 mins for an order that states it was delivered when it has not. associate don't even know how to look for their own sections of drive up orders.

Absolutely loved my experience at this store. I don’t usually stop by but I ended up getting a really good deal and noticed that this team is run by amazing leaders and every single one of there partners is consistent and on point with there store mission. It was a retail dream stepping in.
