Everything was great although, I do miss what hot topic used to be. The music was a lot darker metal. Now it's emo. However, the workers were great. Very respectful and attentive.

The manager Pearl is not a good manager, she's constantly cutting people's hours and she's firing people just to bring her friends over. Feel bad for the employees, hopefully they get a new manager that's more professional. Personally I wouldn't shop in a place where the workers are being treated badly on the daily.

Terrible service if I could give no stars I would. I was told my pick up order was ready only when I had sent them a message and asked if it was ready. If I didn't my order would of been cancelled and they could care less if it was. Then I get there to pick up my order and the person at the cashier doesn't even look at me. She was to preoccupied talking to her coworkers while I was just waiting for help. Then she goes to get my order and forgets what she was doing goes and picks a song on her phone and goes back to get my order it was staring her right in the face. I waited almost 10 minutes for something so simple even a child could do it. Well apparently not these children.

Horrible experience! First time I placed a online order. I received a email that my package was being shipped to stonewood store, and to wait for the second email for pick up. After two weeks I hear nothing from the store or a email. I decided to call today to find out about the order, the employee informed me that my order was canceled because it was a NO SHOW. I mentioned to the employee that I never received a email or a phone call that my order was ready for pick up. She said that she can still check if the order is in the back and to hold on the phone for her to check. I guess she forgot about me because I was on hold for 56 minutes!!! I decided to hang up! I will call corporate tomorrow to let them know on their online order faults and lousy customer service at stonewood location.

Beyond disappointed. I ordered a coroline bag and I never received a call or confirmation email that it arrived at the store. Come to find out they cancelled my order and sold it at the store ??♀️ I'm beyond mad ?
