The first year I did my taxes there it was fine, but I had the money to do all the extras, the second & last year I went there, the lady wouldn't accept my receipts for gas mileage or auto maintenance receipts, although I presented these doc.s to her more than once. So I felt cheated besides that I feel I over paid for them to do nothing for me what-so-ever. So I'm going to give them a thumbs down and won't be going back. Sorry H&R. Perhaps a class in public relations is in order.

I filed online for 2021 with H&R Block premium version but like everyone else, I made an error in filing due to the stimulus money. So, I ended up with a CP12 letter from Uncle Sam (IRS) and basically it said that I was getting less than what I was originally quoted for or that there was a wrong SSN number in my 1040. It was both however, even though I paid for "premium" online services that did not get me help for the solution to my CP12 letter. Of course, the IRS is understaffed and never picks up the phone. So, I had to call H&R Block and setup an appointment to see a Tax Professional because I the online service wouldn't let me amend my 1040 online. Lucky for me I got Teresa Barnett who figured out that the best solution to my problem to the incorrect SSN. She also explained that the true issue with CP12 is that I put the incorrect amount of money for my final stimulus payment. I am truly grateful for Teresa and would recommend her to all for their tax needs. She's very helpful, understanding and patient which you need when Uncle Sam comes knocking on your door with a letter that basically says that you are audited. Any letter from the IRS is an audit so heads up y'all. Teresa thank you for helping me so much with this! However, I am disappointed that in spite of the H&R Block promise to help you if you get a letter from the IRS to help you out you still have to pay again EVEN if you pay for the Premium version of the software. Even if you are quoted by the telephone representative for the amended return of $89 H&R Block wanted to charge me more in spite of the previously quoted rate. So, the actual Tax Pros they get a five star review however the company gets a 3 in spite of the "company" refund guarantee of protection, premium service charges or IRS audit help if it happens. Let's face it, just about any letter from the IRS is an audit.

It's been years since I used H&R for my taxes ,but I am glad my wife and I decided to go back ,our tax preparer was very knowledgeable and accommodating made it very fast and easy .

This place use to be reputable. However, times have changed. For years I've got my taxes done by this office. Short form and reasonable prices. I came in to get my taxes done and some person I've never had my taxes done by. Her name is Douhha. And she was trying to tax me for almost $200 to do my taxes. That's ridiculous, especially when it's low income and short form. I had forgot to bring my 1095-A form, i said id look for it at home and give them a call back. She answered and i said can i get the offices email to send it. Douhha said ill text you from my phone, you can text it to me. I should have never gave it to her that way. Because who's to say she won't use it fraudulently? That's a total RED FLAG. Should something happen to my information, I'm holding H&R Block accountable.This place is trash. Don't go to this office. Unless you wish to be ripped off and scammed!!

Went to drop off my taxes.But tax analyst Douaa Megahed, asked if I had time, because she could complete my taxes with coming back. She was very helpful and explained everything. Very helpful.

Came in for the emerald advance and was serviced by Claudia. She made quick work of the application and I was in and out in less than twenty minutes. Definitely recommend this location as she was friendly and quick.
